my parnter and i have 4 girls and we are longing for a boy does anyone have any infor on how to concieved a boy. :)

One remedy we were told (by my doctor) is to BD as close to O day as you can...

Or an old wife tale is:

Try on the 14th day of your cycle
Partner - wear boxer shorts, Don't exercise and cold showers (Sorry)

Hi Monique,

My understanding is that BD on the day of ovulation is the best strategy for conceiving a boy. Since the boy sperms swim faster, they are more likely to get there and penetrate the egg before the girls. If you BD a few days before O, girls swim slower but live longer, hence you are more likely to have a girl sperm knocking on the eggie's door!
