View Full Version : Vitamin B HELP!!!!!!!!!
I need a suggestion PLEASE of a vitamin B DEFICIENT food for my son for brekky. He is on a specialist diet and for 24 hours can't have ANYTHING with vitamin B in it and I can't think of ANYTHING for brekky. The natropath suggested a rice Congy (sp?) but last time we tried it he didn't like it AT ALL.
wow I have no idea I need extra B in my diet...maybe do a google search Eleanor..good luck!
I've tried and all the results cme up with a way to BOOST vitamin B ....... It is soooooooooooo hard. The poor child is tugging outta me saying he is hungry and I can't find anything to give him.
The naturpath found that he had an intolerance of vitamin B and is working on clearing this through allergy elimination. In order for it to be eliminated so that his body can START to absorb the Iron levels he needs I need to keep it out of him for 24 hours, so it's sorta kinda important but SOOOOO difivult. This is the 2nd time at trying to clear this intolerance. He has perfect storage of vitamin B but practically none in his blood stream and has ben like that for a while but the docs were stumped, so this is a long process that I am at wits end over.
AS far as the diet outline says he can have deep fried or very well cooked fish and chips. Rica and pasta overcooked and that's about IT!!!
Am trying to work out if Noodles would be alright..... they ARE a sort of pasta ..... so maybe???
call your naturopath to ask for more suggestions - it's a bit of a tough call to only leave you with 3 suggestions, all of which are bland and boring for a little kid to eat....
I know ..... but I must say he did a heap of surfing while I was in the rooms and contacted a couple aof other naturpaths that do this allergy elimination also and still to no avail...... the diet is for everyone, I guess someone forgot to include children in that EVERYONE!!!! LOL
