Hi how are you all?

I just had a bit of a silly question???

When working from home what sort of stuff do you do?? Do you sell things over the internet or is it different stuff?

Also can you make much money from working from home?

And lastly, how do you find a reputable company to work from, and how do you get started??

Thanks

Braydensmum :D

I have just (finalised last week  ) set up my own work from home venture. I do Admin services for truck owner/drivers. All the stuff they would usually have their wives running around doing like invoicing, chasing payments, maintenance and service logs, accreditations etc. I had a bit of an in as my mum and step dad run 2 trucks doing interstate work and asked me to work for them so Mum could have more time with the horses and my Step dad could just drive. So anyway now they pay me and I have 2 more "clients" to speak to next week when they are in Sydney so it is all looking very good at the moment.

I racked my brain about what I could do from home and when I got little to no response form the handful of companies I contacted (usually found ads in the local paper for work from home opportunites) I decided to come up with my own ideas. As my background is in finance and admin I figured these were the best areas for me to target and as my family runs a business in the transport industry I have some idea about all of that and I can always call and ask them if I am not sure (and I don't look stupid!!) so that is the direction I chose to head in.....

Good Luck trying to find something but don't discount using the skills you already have to go out on your own...

I do customer referral with a company called Melaleuca. Can make quite a bit of money and have found it very ethical and quite economical. Is very easy to work around my 9 month old. Can give you more info if you want about the company.
