My bubba has been crawling on her back?:confused:

I know she does things in her own time and way but tonight she has been moving across the floor in the most odd way.

She lays on her back pumps her bottom up and down and pushes herself on her back across the floor.

What gives?

I remember my nephew doing that a few times, he did it after he started crawling tho...he crawled pretty early at 5.5mths.

Neither of my bubs did that...DD started crawling 2 weeks ago.

One of my sisters used to crawl with her forhead on the floor...she had a red spot on her head for weeks LOL

My kids did this from about 6 weeks old ... I would put them down on a floor mat, go to get something from another room and come back to find them under a couch or over by another wall!

Hamish does this in the bath. I put his feet at the bottom end and he pumps his bot up and down until he gets to the other end!:D

I wouldnt worry bout it,all babies crawl differently.My son doesnt crawl on all fours,he kinda drags his legs,with them flicking out to the side and bum up in air.sometimes it looks like hes trying to do a handstand.Sometimes I almost wet myself laughing!!
Hes also starting to stand up on stuff so I think he might just chuck the crawling bit and start walking!
