hi, to all pregnant mums with partners working away... :shakehands: I wanted to start this thread as i'm going to need some encouragement to get through the next 2wks of my life. my dd is 21 mnths and a real handful at the moment, also the baby is constantly hitting me in the pelvis/ bladder region, ouch!!!! but most of all I think the fatigue will be the real killer, anyway hope there is someone out there that i can chat to. :ecomcity:

Dear Mumsieof1
Would you like some Help with DD?
I am only 18weeks along but My Hubby also works away so I can relate to being Home alone for weeks at a time.
My Best friend has 4 weeks to go with baby no#2 & I am going to a) get some hands on experience with her new bub & b) give her a hand with her DS (2 1/2yrs old)
I am also in Perth (near Domestic Airport)
Email Me if you accept the kind gesture I love kids & totally wouldn't mind
My Email : loquaciouslady@hotmail.com
Best wishes & take care of Yourself & Bump

I just wanted to say hello and hope you're doing okay.
My DH has just started working on an oil rig. He usually works 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off. He was only home for 2 weeks this time though and will be gone for 4 1/2. I hope it gets easier! I've been balling like a baby since dropping him off early this morning.
I'm in Perth too, 30 mins SOR though. I'm 24 weeks pregnant and have a 4 year old DD who was being absolute horror! She's calmed down though now, hoping it stays that way.
Anyway :hugs: to you. Hope you're managing okay.
