Blurred Vision

Last couple of days I've woken up with headaches but today, during my lunch break, I was wandering around the shops & my eyesight started to go all funny. Kinda like when a bright light has been shone in your eyes & you can't see properly. Then it went blurry like I was gonna faint, but I didn't get woozy or anything. Then as I was driving back to work, my lower vision went all wavy, like reflections off rippling water but when I looked down it went away.

I still have the headache & only need glasses for driving but just want to know if this has happened to anyone else, or whether I should get it checked? :(

Get it checked, just because you're preggy.

I had a similar thing once that ended up to be a kind of migraine. I had the bright light and then tunnel vision. Very scary but no further issues after a couple of days

Cos you are pregnant your blood pressure could be going up and down. You need to get it checked just in case. Symptoms like these are sometimes seen if your blood pressure has suddenly dropped.

I would get checked out just in case - blood pressure can go a bit crazy during pg and low bp can cause fuzzy/tunnel vision. Diabetes is also another thing that may cause vision to deteriorate but that is generally a sign in older people with late onset diabetes - but being pg you can never be too careful.

Call your hospital and get it checked! Not worth risking it, you're bp could be up and headaches and blurred vision are both serious signs of pre-eclampsia. Its not worth risking.

I would get it checked i had this when pregnant with dd and i ended up with PE, accompanied with headaches as well get ur bp checked as your bp might be up.
