Funding For Fenceing

Hi there
Just wondering if any one knows of any funding to get a fence build round a house that has a speical needs child liveing there or know of any fenceing bussiness that will do it for free .It has to be in NSW .The reason i ask this is because i have a freind who has a speical needs child and needs to find funding for fence soon because she cant let him outside to play with no fence and cant aford to pay for one herself. please let me know if you know of any such funding she has tryed for a grant with
DADAC but to much paper work involved and realy needs a fence asap.

DADHC has the $2000 per year available, the paperwork is straight forward and they meet each month.. I have found that funding is quicker than any other to get... just go to bunnings and ask them to help u make up a quote.. get her to take measurements of the area. Ask her case manager to help her

There is interest free loan too but only for really low income and once again it takes awhile.
