Hi all, I am TTC #2 so waited anxiosly through the tww and then nothing! No :bfp:and no AF! My periods have been quite regular. I came off depo and conceived my son on the first try and then as soon as he weaned himself my period came back at 28/29 days at which point I got pregnant again on the first try.. who sadly did not like the decore and headed off for greener pastures at 6 weeks, so I had a d/c on the advice of my gyno. Period took about 6 weeks to come back after that, and then went back to 29 day cycle, and now it is late and I am definitely not pregnant. This is cd 32 and although I have been the bi**h from hell this week it is just not turning up. We got back from a 6 week European holiday a few days after my last period ended (about cd 7), so is it possible that jet lag has put it out?

If you don't think so, are there any supplements that anyone has tried to help their cycle correct itself after it has wandered off track? Has anyone tried Macca powder or Evening Primrose Oil?

Thanks heaps!
Beth

Hi Beth
Not sure about jet-lag delaying AF as such, but many years ago when I had a long trip in Europe, I totally skipped a month of AF when I got home and I'm usually very regular. Wasn't pregnant or even TTC at the time, but I think with the "stress" of travelling my body just missed a month. So I guess it is possible that your body is just off track this month.

Having said that, I hope you are in fact utd  good luck :fingerscrossed:

Hi Beth, I once went from Syd - Berlin and it totally screwed up my cycle for a few days.. I got AF but it was 5 days late.
That said I was a bit irregular back then and generally changing timezones wouldn't affect it - so I'm hoping you get a :bfp:
