Ovulation question please help?

i ovulated on cd 18 last month according to fertility friend.

im on cd 16 today and i was wondering if i can have sex the next 3 days enen though hubby has low count.

depends how low his count is, i would bd today and then again on cd18 just incase you dont ovulate on the same day. If the count is really low then you should talk to your dr and see what they suggest, otherwise every 2-3 days is what's suggested.

I too usualy ovulate around days 18 - 20. the last couple of months we have being Bding every 2nd day, but after seeing our FS he tolds us of a new study that has shown that bding every day can be beneficial to male sperm, and not lower the count as first thought. So this month our aim is to bding every day from day 14 (yesterday) to day 21/22. there are also some supplements to take to increase sperm mobility etc such as vitamin C, zinc,aloe vera, eating pumpkin seeds and goji berries. My DH sperm count is also a little low so this is what our FS suggested he do to beef it up - hope this helps. Also opk's or temping is also a good way to know if you have ovulated too.
