Seeking Mothers Group..

Hello!!

First timer here.. both as a mum and bubhubber:wave:

I have a beautiful 6 wk old baby girl who would love for her mum to make some friends in her new town. Have recently moved to Qld from down south where i left some great friends behind but would dearly love some new ones, yes please!! :shakehands:

Now that all our visitors have gone, thought it would be about time to seek a mummys group. Im just not too sure how I can get in touch with mums in my area and what a mothers groups involves. Has anyone got some advice? Or is there anyone out there that lives on the Moreton Bay Peninsula??

I'm not in your local area so can't help you specifically, but try contacting your local area health service or community health centre and they could point you in the right direction.
