Hi everyone, I am in desperate need of some sleep help - I have just been sitting here googling sleep schools and thought I might see if any of you can offer some suggestions for saving my sleep?? We have nearly six month old identical boys. They sleep well during the day and go to sleep well at night at about 7.00pm. We are still waking them and giving them a 10.00pm feed. After that things turn to chaos. I was up last night at 12.00am 12.30am 2.00am, 2.15am 3.00am 3.30am 4.30am and then around 5.00-5.15am. I am just exhausted. They dont need much sometimes just a back rub or if they are really upset I put the dummy in. Are they just being babies or can anyone offer some advice. I need some . Thanks for listening.

:hugs: there is nothing worse than bubs waking so often.
What state are you in?
Why are you waking them for a feed? Are they breastfed of bottle?
I have B/G twins and I was lucky only my son did the same as what you are describing, waking at least 2 - 10 times a night. All he needed was to have his dummy put back in but it was wearing me out.
I was offered through my maternal health nurse a person to come out for a couple off hours one day to go through my routine ( she was here for about 5 hours and it was great). The first thing she told me was to drop the 10pm bottle as mine were 4 months old and had really good weight gains. It didn't stop the waking but at least I got solid sleep from 8pm until he started waking at around 2pm.
At 11 months old he just stopped waking during the night and now sleeps 12 hours most nights. His sister still wakes around 1-2 times a night but I can handle that.
Good luck, it does get better.
