Maybe Baby

Well we are TTC #2 and I'd like to hear what peoples views are on the product Maybe Baby, are they reliable? did it work for you? How long did it take?
Before I go and buy it like tomorrow :laughing::o

If you are breastfeeding the results on the Maybe Baby can be a little inaccurate;)

They weren't for me, but I have heard from other's that it can happen.

I used the Maybe Baby when ttc Ozzy and found it great and it only took 2 cycles after buying it till it actually worked, where we had been trying for approx 9 months before with no luck.

I bought one and have only seen ferning on it once. Unfortunately it was at a time when hubby wasn't home to do the deed so I have no idea how accurate it is. Although after only seeing ferning once out of 5 months of owning the product I'm not entirely convinced that its the best thing to use when TTC.

Each time we fell pg was using OPK's - and only a line that was DARKER than the control line is positive. They're only $20 for 7 OPK's - or you can buy them on ebay or from fertilitynaturopath.com really cheap :thumbsup:

I tried the maybebaby and it didn't work at all for me - I tried it at different times of the day, all the way through the month and not a fern in sight!! However, I know they work really well for some people though.

I've read that it works really well for some people.

Unfortunantly I've never got it to work that well for me. I have had ferning, but at times when I'm definantly not Oing, and none where is hindsight I know I was, I've sort of given it up this cycle. I might try it again later, though.

Holy dooley, you guys are keen!! But when you have a perfect, gorgeous little cherub like that Eliza I can see why you'd want another one. :)

DM, I used the Maybe Baby and it was great. It takes some getting used to - I found mine didn't work at all first thing in the morning. I had to use it at about 10am, 2 hours after eating or drinking and it was perfect. The first time I saw ferns I couldn't believe it but that was the week Miss Annabelle was conceived. So I wholeheartedly endorse it!

And I also have one here that you can borrow if you want. I know you already had an offer, but since I'm in Sydney that might be easier.

hey mouse,

I thought it was working, ie it went from pebbles to partial to full on... and THEN it stayed full on.. and the bloody ferns would not PO so i couldnt tell if i O'd or not!? i think i read that if that happens you may have to much salt in your mouth... OR to much of the hormone it looks for (cant remember the name). I found it a lil down heartning and now feel i spent 65bux for nothing!

BUT that being said, heaps of people find it great, Good luck TTC
