http://aww.ninemsn.com.au/article.aspx?id=43222

I used the teddybear shaped silicon muffin tray & it filled 11 of them 11 teddy's not 11 tray's hahaha...& they came out huge!

So give em a try...you will love them.

I make a recipe similar to this but I grate the apple or pear so my kids don't know that there is fruit in them.

They are very yummy muffins.

lol well thanks...but i get my kids to help they love baking so we make it fun. Well my 1 yr old doesnt help..we normally wait till he has a sleep or is watching Hi-5....Phoenix my 2yr old sometimes decide's he wants to tip all the mixture on the floor though when i turn around to get something...that has happened quite a bit...lol

Well i didn't waste any time...i have already made them and just finished eating one. Yummo!! I put little chunks of apple and pear and it was yummy biting into it. I really like the idea of using yoghurt...i've never seen it used in muffins before. I used fruit salad yoghurt.
Hmmm maybe i'll just go and get another one while they're still warm! think i'll pop the kettle on too.:D Oh whoops they are suppose to be for DD...she better wake up before mummy eats them all!!

Thanks heymumma

I gave them a burl too we grated the apple up tho and added some sultanas instead of pear (as we had none). DD loved helping make them. We made them yesterday got 11 out of the mixture and there are only 2 left so we might have them in a minute (before dad gets home) although I think he ate 2 at lunch time.
So over all everyone enjoyed them.

Thanks again
Kylie
