newbie and lonely

My name is Tracey and im 23 and have a 16 month old daughter named Kiraleigh. I have a wonderful loving fiancee but he works very long hours so i am alone most of the time as im a stay at home mum. I havent lived in qld all that long and i know no one. I am a shy person so i find it hard to meet people and i feel that my daughter is suffering from it having only me for interaction with. I would love to make some email friends and have chats on msn messenger and would also like to join or start a group for mums to get together for coffee and chat and the kids play. i just want to meet some friends and start having a life again. would even like to get a group together to walking with or exercise with. It is only very very small, but we are all in the same situation, some even live out your way! We organise days to meet for casual coffees and chats and just for some adult interaction.

It is so hard, I know, to get out and meet people, I am the same. I know very little people even after 2 years.
