Over due How to induce labour???

So I am 6 days over due now still nothing!! It's so frustrating and so uncomfortable!
Does any one have any ideas how to indue labour naturally seeing as though I have a induction planned for Thursday but I really didn't want it to come to that...
So far I have tried:
- hot bath
- raspberry leaf tea
- lavendar insence
- pineapple
- hot curry
- reflexology
- accupressure
- walking
- vacuming

The only one I havn't tried is sex and well I am doing this on my own now as the no good father was off with other women.. My parents are with me and we just want him out now with out that sounding as if were inpatient I just dont want to need to turn to drugs to get him out. Can some one PLEASE help!!!:confused::confused::confused::confused::co nfused:

you are not alone. I am 6 days overdue too and am getting induced on thurs too !!!

I have tried everything and had a stretch and sweep. nothing has helped and so I have to wait till they medically induce him.

bit sad becuase i would of liked him to come on his own too.......

Orgasms? Nipple twiddling? More acupuncture? People will tell you that nothing works, but just keep persisting. I got to 3cm at 38 weeks, [I was being induced then], mainly with clary sage, evening primrose oil, orgasms, nipple twiddling and long, long walks. In fact I was so successful they didn't give me any gel, just went straight to ARM and the drip, which did nothing. The moral of this story is, don't let them rupture your membranes without having the gel first. But don't get induced before 42 weeks unless they have a good reason either.

Im been induced because they said they don't let the baby go more than 10 days now?
I see the doc again on Wednesday and he is going to strip the membranes then... I am really confident in my doc I feel he is a really good doc and I just feel comfortable as I was going public and I didnt feel like they even cared it was just get me in and get me out and they werent telling me things about what I should be expecting or what the tests were and such so I changed to private and I love it!! He tells me everything and if he needs to touch anything he shows me first what he is going to be doing. I just want my body to make magic happen and go in by myself haha :)
