Any one applied for Carers Adjustment Payment?

Im just wondering if anyone has applied for carers adjustment payment?

How did you go?

Do you think your assessment was fair?

My little man has Autism, Hypotonia, and Bowel Problems due to the hypotonia. And I have been denied the carers payment a few times now and just found out about this payment.

Im really needing the money to purchase a special needs pram for him and a few other things I have been burden with as a result of having a Beautiful Special needs Almost 4yo Boy.

I'll be very interested in any responses. I have the paperwork all filled out, but just haven't sent it in. I'm other people with my DD's syndrome haven't been able to get anything even though their challenges are numerous. Maybe I should put it into the post and hope for the best.

Is this the same as the careers pension if not I not heard of it, I was told to apply for the pension DD has CP, chiari malformation, brain cysts, Disfunctional tummy and bowel a gastric drain a jejostomy tube, seizure disorder, growth deficiency, bowel disease and is in a wheelchair. We got as far as DDs issues and that was enough to qualify but cause DH earns over 60k a year we was told not point in doing the rest of the aplication as we wont get it
