BOORI Furniture - White

[3 little ones]

Has anyone had issues with quality of their Boori draws and robes? A friend of mine received hers (in white) this week and the draws are not dove tail joined. I checked mine now too and found they are glued and nailed together like cheaper brands also. Is this false advertising? What action can I take? :no:

I don't have a wardrobe/drawers, I have the Cot which converts to the toddler bed, but If Boori leads the consumer to believe by way of promoting/advertising and the like that their furniture is dove tailed joined etc, then I would definitely think your friend has a case to state, as it's false advertising. Boori is not a cheap brand and certainly charge a premium, so I would definitely be following this up with them, as a friend of mine has a white Boori Cot (the same as I have) and she wasn't happy with the side rails on the bed and informed Boori and they were very receptive to her complaint and bent over backwards to make her happy and ended up replacing her rails with new ones. So I would defiinitely tell your friend to make a complaint, if indeed she has been lead to believe the joins were dove tailed and not just 'glued' together.

I have Boori drawers and bookshelf (not white) purchase about 3-4 months ago and can confirm mine are dovetailed. Are you sure? the joins are very smooth and nicely done.
