Also, Australia V Italy - should be a good'un - who is likely to win that one?

England vs Ecuador: It'll be tough - not at all sure how well we'll manage with all those injuries. It'll be a close one but I'm optimistic :)

Italy vs Australia: I'd say Italy but Australia are in with a pretty good chance.

Though it galls me to say so, I think Germany are going to win overall. They've played incredibly well for the whole tournament so far.

Italy vs Australia, more likely to be Italy but you never know, here's hoping its australia. Im betting on them to win :)

I've decided I don't want to go for germany if Australia gets knocked out after seeing Frings blatant handball effort in the last game. Handballing p's me off! :thumbsdown:

Can you imagine the ribbing if we'd been knocked out? i think we may play either Holland or Portugal in the next round - not sure we shall survive that one the way we are playing.:(

I cant believe we beat them!!! The first half we looked awful!!

I stayed up to watch it with DH........and then we got DD up and stuck her in her England shirt for luck!! :laughing: She pretty much watched the whole of the second half!!:D

Roonie did so wel considering he wasn't fit enough to play a week a go. Ashley Cole was fantastic. Beckham needs mentioning as he scored. The rest of the team need to shape up or ship out!!!
