What is the most effective and quickest way to clean your windows?

A bucket with soapy water and a little squeegy thingy is really quick and effective.

Otherwise you can use a bucket of water with a large dash of vinegar to clean windows with a lint free cloth, and dry with newspaper - but it takes a bit longer.

I use metho and water mixed together in a spray bottle. I wipe them down with a cloth nappy.

Make DH do it :D

But when I have no choice I usually use soapy water and a squeegy outside and metho in a spray bottle, wipe with newspaper, for the inside

I actually used a windex one that can be attached to the hose (for outside use) and found it very easy to use and it cleaned the windows well.

That would be great for my house I'm in now...it's 2 storey...but water restrictions have just gone to 'Level 3' so now we aren't allowed to use the hose  I think DH will just have to climb the ladder to clean the outside coz I'm not doing it.
