What is the most ridiculous symptom anyone has had convincing them they were pg when infact not.
For instance if the symptom appeared in the non TWW you wouldn't even think twice about it... but in the TWW its DEFINITELY a pregnancy symptom.

Here's my latest: I have a zit!

Hi Toadie:wave:

Mine isn't a symptom... but I went ten pin bowling this afternoon & convinced myself to pick the lightest ball & not throw it too hard (just incase I have a m/c!).... & you know I'm not even due for af until Thursday 28/06!!!

sheepishly - my zits are finally clearing!

Since coming of the pill nearly 6 months ago, I have had the worst case of acne, the bad stuff normally reserved for 16 year olds. Definantly no fun when you've just turned 30.

2 days ago they have started to sort of clear up, even though its waaayyyy early in my normally long cycles - I have to fess up, I did start to wonder:laughing:

Hey Bollie, this is my fifth cycle off the pill and I am having the same joy as you, final relief from those damn zits! I was beginning to think I'd have them for the rest of my life.

Toad, I dunno that I have ever had a non pg symptom that I took as being a symptom, but you know the two week wait site where successful women give all their symptoms in the two week wait? I don't know that there's many of those left that I haven't had now... Now my DH doesn't believe me if I tell him I think this month might be the month... I wonder why :detective:

HI Little Fish - good to know I'm not alone.

:fingerscrossed: that this is the end of it for us both then

As soon as we decided to start TTC I was having 'symptoms', given that I had an Implanon inserted it was not likely that I was even remotely UTD. :o

Even as we speak I can feel a 'twinge' in my ovary region which I am convinced means something. Again highly unlikely as TTC only started today and I am not due to O until next week.

then there's the ones that you ignore until you're 6 or 7 months down the track and think "Well there was a reason that I made my husband by Stolis for me that night, even if I hadn't touched them since I was 18....."

:fingerscrossed: good luck with your zits and things :D

Hello there,

Boli, I feel you, on the acne thing. I have a nasty everlasting case, on my forehead and jawline and I often think, "At my age...mmm...it's really wierd" (I'm 29 ). I decided not to take that one for a sign since could be workload related...

 On the other hand, I also heard that pregnancy makes women's skin 'glow'. I remember relatives commenting in retrospect about a cousin of mine "her skin was radiant, I should have guessed she was pregnant!"
Well, I guess it would be later when all the hormones get some kind of equilibrium.

I have more zits now @ 30 than I had in my teens...

Isn't it funny that people can look back & say that they 'knew' you were pg because you were glowing... but @ the time you felt your face resembled an oil slick?!

I seem to always find some kind of pregnancy symptom each month .... the most silly one I have come up with so far was about 2 months ago - when I noticed a vein through my chest - it turns out it had always been there it's just that I had never looked that closely ... lol. I can't wait til I get some pregnancy signs for real tho:)

I always seemed to get different new ones each month...my DH is so sick of me saying "this is it this time, it's different", and then those darned BFN s  you just never know.

Mine is so silly. I found this rash that I use to get that was incredibly itchy only during my pregnancy and I found I had it again this morning!

 That sounds sooo familiar to me! In fact now if I mention any pain or feeling to my DH, (e.g. my little toe hurts) he says "is that a pg symptom?"

Little fishy.. that's something my DP would say!

Still no symptoms for me .. but, I guess lots of women have HEAPS of symptoms and they turn out not to be pg.

The worst one I've heard of is from a friend of mine who had terrible morning sickness (all day) and she usually has bad acne but when she was pg it turned into a horrible bright red rash all over her face that she had for the first tri-mester. She didn't even go to work or come to church she was so embarrased!

I don't crave chocolate! AF is due in 3 days. Surely that must be a symptom

Jazzy's mum.. I'm excited you're excited!!

I went to get blood tests today and told the doctor I didn't think much of the fertility specialist he sent me too cause he didn't listen. But, I told him not to worry cause I wont be needing the feritlity guy after all!! I'm a pregnant toad! Doctor jumped up and gave me a hug.

Off for a climb.. hope I don't pass out while I'm up the wall, had a dizzy spell the other day . Thank god for the rope and harness.

Little_Toad i am sooo happy for you. I read the board last night and hubby was looking over my shoulder, and he was really excited for you both too! It was cute to see him so excited for you like i was! Best wishes for you for the next 9 months!
What symptoms did you have and how early, looking back on it now?
