This forum has been a little quiet lately...

I had my insemination on Monday so i am in the 2 week wait, which is not going quick enough for me as I am sure many of you can understand :)

Hey there!

it has been really quiet in here of late. I think after Gay Dad 2 Be's journalist experience, people kind of faded away. If you don't know - he was approached by a journalist who was reading his posts on here, and they published a story about him, even after he asked them not to. After that happened I deleted my TTC blog, and we have been laying low a bit.

I haven't heard from DrGirl, or Froozipops for a long time, but I know Shellkiz has been having a difficult pregnancy - has been in hospital a couple of times and that.

As for us, I have had an operation to give me the all clear to commence IVF, and the intention is that will start in about 8 weeks time. We have done the donor selection and signed consents and all sorts, and now we are saving like mad so that we can afford to do things :)

What are you up to?? When are you planning to try again?

we have found a sperm donor, but due to both me and my partner being sick lately we are putting it off for a little while. also my partner is going for a medical assessment for the navy soon so waiting to hear and see if she gets in and posted somewhere before we try

Just wanted to drop a line and give you all a update.

We have offically been told bubs is a BOY!! all measurements tell us that bubs is healthy and growing at a healthy rate. :yelclap:

We both so happy and over the moon about it all that i couldnt help but share it with you guys!!
