Hi everyone,
Well I am 7 weeks post missed m/c today- for those of you who are new, see my other thread 1st pg m/c. I am feeling a bit confused as I have had first AF, which was relatively normal, but have had some kind of spotting ever since my d&c. I have written elsewhere how I went to GP initally because was worried about infection, but was told that it could be an AF, infection, or leftover products of conception, and I would need to wait and see (and was made to feel like a paranoid idiot:mad:).

So I did that, and although the spotting hasnt been as bad as it was when I went to GP, it is still there. Sorry if TMI but I need to explain this so you understand what I mean- the spotting is usually most noticeable when I go to toilet, and I have been wearing panty liner every day (no longer using tampons as read somewhere they can be bad for TTC), and having sort of blood tinged mucous, pretty much on and off since d&c. So I guess I am worried about whether my body has gone back to normal, as would like to TTC again soon, and dont want to jeopardise future pg's with problem hormones etc. Can anyone help?

My other issues are related to this- I crossed over to the TTC thread at one point just to have a look and read some entries about various supplements people are or arent taking. I am currently taking a pregnancy multi V which includes folate, and a selenium supplement which is an antioxidant. Was taking evening primrose oil too, but read on the TTC thread that this shouldnt be taken at certain times of the cycle. So I am confused, as I thougt EPO helped to level out hormone levels etc and am now worried that this may have effected my 1st pg. Cna anyone who has had success or not give me some advice re this, as I want to ensure my body w=is well prepared adn hoepfully avoid any futher m/c's
Thanks and :hugs: and  to you all- I find you all so supportive and helpful. Feel free to PM me f you have any specific info not helpful for the thread.

Kylie - EPO is only supposed to be taken from CD1 up to O. Then you're supposed to stop.

"EPO is only supposed to be taken from CD1 up to O" Kylie and bdm I agree with this too. I have started taking it as well, I have researched extensively and the only negative against it seems to be if you have higher than normal Estrogen levels you shouldn't take it, or you should ask you doctor as it increases those levels. All my bloods are normal so my doc said no problem with it. I am taking mine with a hope to achieve better quality ewcm!

Best of luck to you both.
