Hey guys,
We use cloth on our little boy during the day, but I want to wipe out disposables completley and use them at night as well... I have experimented with the pockets and stuffing them to the max, but is still leaks through and he can't walk or get comfy cause its so thick!!! Can anyone recommend a good night time cloth nappy for a very heavy wetter that is not so chunky???
Cheers

What do you stuff with? I use a hemp insert + a microfibre booster (both from green kids) . I have beed told to try putting a terry washer in aswell & see if that holds for him. I havn't tried it yet though.

The word on the street is that VBSN (Very Baby Simply Nights) are magnificent. From Erica's Nappies. They are highly sought after, and on ozebaby (http://www.ozebaby.com.au) recently one went for $60!!!
Another good one (apparently) is the Sandman http://www.ozebaby.com.au/store.php?SS=28

I personally just use Bamboo nappies (either Tots Bots Bamboozle or Baby Beehinds Bamboo) at night time, but then I only have a 7 week old, I put it on him at the midnight feed and it lasts him until 7am-ish when we get up, no leaks and no wet jarmies.

Thats all I use on MJ for 12 hours & we only have probs if i dont stuff it properly or if her pants get caught up the leg & the leg gets wet.

Oh & MJ is far from chubby, she's a skinny little bug :smiliedance:

It took me a few weeks to get used to stuffing & putting the nappy on properly. If we dont have a greens available (i've only got 3 anytimes) then i use 2 terry squares & just a pvc pilcher. But that gets very smelly by morning
