Just wondering if anyone got m/s from day dot only to have it subside/ease right off about 7-8 weeks or earlier???

I knew I was pg this time coz I got nausea straight after implantation. So effectively I have had nausea from at least 3-4 weeks into this pregnancy. I had it quite strongly over the last week, then when I woke up this morning I had nothing . It did creep back this afternoon but only mildly and I've hardly noticed it. Do you think everything is still ok if m/s subsides so early??? Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience. I'm booked in to see my OB on the 17th July, so in a few weeks. But have just been a little stressed about it today!! :(

In my last 2 pregnancies it didn't even start till about 7-8 weeks and stopped by about 11 weeks, so this is new to me!

TIA :)

Hey boymommy,

Hmmm, yeah I am in the same boat today... and a bit yesterday as well as a matter of fact.
I've been pretty sick too but yesterday I didn't need to take ANY Maxolon??

Have you been doing anything else differently? The reason I ask is that I have come across Blackmores Travel Calm Ginger and I have been popping those bad boys for the last few days like a crazy person. I take 3 immediately as soon as I get up and then at intervals throughout the day. I attribute feeling better to these tablets...

Maybe you are just using methods/ strategies now that are helping you to cope better with the M/S?

But I definitely agree with Bronny-Jane... every pg is different and we shouldn't try to analyse why or why not we feel sick... I had absolutely no M/S with DS and I never thought twice or worried that I didn't have symptoms, I was stoked!

I'm going to try to enjoy it while it stays away.. might even get some work done today :)

Thank you judabellah and bronny-jane!

I must admit it has come back a bit more today unfortunately. But still not as bad as it was. I hope it stays this way then if it's nothing to worry about!!
