Ok. As promised - albeit a little late!

This is all taken from a book called 'Zita West's Guide to getting Pregnant'.

It is a little different from your normal average how to as it focuses a lot on fertility, problems with concieving and treatments. I thought id post a bit each day (or everyother - time permitting). I know many have had problems concieving, endured m/c's and i hope this really helps.

Natural tips for thickening the womb lining.

Take a daily supplement of vitamin E

Take a daily supplement of B1

Eat foods rich in iron such as pumpkin seeds and almonds

Include nuts, spinach, seeds, kelp, garlic, kidney beans, milk, brown rice and oatmeal in your diet

Eat foods containing bioflavanoids, such as citrus fruits, broccoli, grapes and tomatoes

L arginine and amino acid have been shown to increase the womb lining

Accupuncture helps with pelvic bloodflow and womb lining (she also reccomends this in conjunction with Chinese medicine)

Keep the lower abdomen warm withthe use of a hot water bottle.

If you google Zita West - you will see she isnt a shonky doc.
More later. Pizza calls.:D

Thanks DjF.

I am consuming some of that already, but looks like a few dietary changes may need to occur.
