well i am terribly disappointed :(
my son now is 4mo, i was waiting for the moment that he would outgrow his colic. He is 4 mo now, and his wind /colic is nowhere ending. I hardly ever sleep in the last 4 months, and now sleep deprivation is really getting to me!

I have tried most colic meds; you name it gripe water, infacol, and recent one is donnalix. Anyone has tried donnalix before, does it give your litte one green poo? it freaked me out so i stopped it. Does it work?

i'm reseaching colic calm, quite pricy...anyone has any luck using it?

pls give me some wisdom on this, i am tearing my hair out at the moment!!!!

i had it shipped over, (colic calm), used it once, then didnt any more, as we started on new reflux medication, which is what has helped my ds.

a girl from mums group said it worked well for her though, but i cant say if it works, cause its still sitting here in the cupboard! (you will spend anything to try and help the situation!)

Hi there,

I had the same problem with my little boy, we tried everything too. I got Colic Calm shipped over as well and I found that it did not really help. We were eventually put on Losec and that really helped, although it takes a couple of weeks to kick in. Another suggestion is to sleep them on a raised mattress if you are not already doing that already. He still has issue with wind now and he is 16 months, I put him to sleep on me but as soon as the wind/burp is out he sleeps through the night.

I know it is extremely tough, missing sleep was horrible. But you are doing a great job and it will get better.

Take care of yourself,
Kat

Have you tried infants friend? they're only about 10 dollars at the chemist and they are great ... them and the brauers one (colic relief one i forgot what it was actually called) were the only ones i've tried with my boys and i found infants friend to be the best of the two. It calmed them down instantly...i even joke to my DH that they are not just infants friend they are mummys friend too..
