DS has inherited my 'sleep talking' gene :o and almost every night says things in his sleep. We cosleep too, which is probably why I'm more aware of it.

Last night in his sleep, when I got into bed at 11:30 (way too late :shame: :o), DS started pointing around the room saying "There's a hole, and there's a hole ". So funny!

Another time, DH said he was pointing to the window saying "Spider webs "....lol !

We co-sleep too, its really funny sometimes when DD laughs in her sleep. I have heard her say single words here n there too.

We co-sleep and its amazing how Bug can talk with much more clarity in her sleep than when awake

I cosleep with my 16mo DS. A few nights ago, he said "bubble" repeatedly and laughed, last night it was "moon" while pointing at the ceiling. It's gorgeous. :goodvibes:

my ds has a lot of probs and cant really speak at all,
but...

Last night in his sleep he was saying "big truck" and "bird up"...

I have been saying this to him for ages but he never tries when he's awake. GRRR

Yes, my kids never shut up. Awake, asleep, it's all the same :dizzy: Probably get it from their mother though:laughing:

My Tom talks in his sleep all the time. It's really not a big deal. I just let him talk. I actually learn more about his day through his sleep talking than asking him right after school.

Funny little side story, I woke up one night to hear someone laughing hysterically. I thought for sure I dreamed it up. I laid back down and heard it again. I walked into Tom's room and he was laughing in his sleep. I ran over to him and woke him up to see if he was ok, and he looked at me and said "Is it daytime already Mummy? I want to wear my Buzz Lightyear shirt" I couldn't belive it, I just looked at him and said "it's not daytime yet, go back to sleep"
