Just curious, now that there are a few Cup users out there.

How much do you bleed per cycle?

I put 30-60 but I'd definitely be on the low end of that. I never really so much as half fill it, and the last couple of days of my period there's barely anything in there. I change 12 hourly in the shower.

This is going from how I used to be a tampon every 3 hours in the day, with one change in the night, and sometimes leaking. (My periods are 2 days shorter now with the Diva, too.) And even that was down from when I was a teenager, where I soaked a super tampon at least every 90 minutes and leaked a lot despite that.

I'd say 5-10 mL tops, it's awesomely convenient! (Although I did think it was weirdly light so asked my doctor about it, luckily said it was normal!)

Last month was obsenely heavy - full cups every 4 hours for 3 days then tapered off. This one more like normal, maybe half cup twice a day for 3 days.

Back in my tampon days I'd bleed for the full week, now it's 5 days max, usually 4. Love it! And less cramping too. Less bloating too. No less chocolate though

I am not using a cup but thinking I might the need arises.
I just don't get how using a cup would cause/allow for less bleeding:confused::confused:
How is that possible??
