Dr Chris Price at North West... Any good?? Dealing with possible PCOS

Hi all,

Well i havent been on lately as i have been battling some demons. And now, to top it off i have been to get a ultrasound today as hubby and i have been TTC number 2 for over 8 months with no success. Well the diognosis was not all that great...They have said that i have numerious cyst growing and they may be PCOS but its not definate. I have been referred to doctor price at North West does anyone have experience with him... Or have been through this and come out the other side so to speak. I am numb, broken, p!ssed off and shattered :gloomy::crying::gloomy:

:hugs::hugs::hugs: Sorry to hear the news hun. I can understand how you're feeling. I was wondering how you were getting on as I hadn't noticed you online. I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. It was really awful but at the same time it game me hope. I know what's wrong and ways to combat it. At the moment I'm on a strict low GI diet and so far it's helping combat a lot of symptoms. i'm not seeing a specialist though so I can't help you on that aspect. At the moment while I'm managing the symptoms I'm feeling good.
