Question about vitamin C

Im on the road again , Maybe this month have giving up all caffine (i was a big redbull drinker) and chocalte, Cut out alochol, My question is eating too many mandarins cause the mucus to dry up as i read it somewhere , also TMI ..... My CM at the moment is watery clear but not ewcm is there something to make it go like egg white? Also does any one know if sperm are still able to travell through arousal fluid as it looks like ewcm.....any one with ideas would be great thanks

I hope this is not TMI for you, but I hope it helps some what :D.

Can't help you about this, as I have never heard of Vitamin C causing cm to dry up; not saying it doesn't, just have not heard of this happening.

I had the understanding that the most fertile time (ovulation) is when cm is clear, slippery and very stretchy. Similar to the raw egg whites. This is so the cm can protect, nourish and speed up the sperm on its way through the uterus and to the fallopian tubes to reach to the egg.

Sticky/moist/cloudy and egg white or cream in colour is normally before 'O' approaches. Slightly stretchy too. Increase volume will occur when time passes.

Dryness, sticky and non stretchy is usually after 'O' has occurred and before the next period.

This is only as a general guide as we all can show different signs and we can all 'O' at different times. The joys of woman hood :laughing:!
