Hi Guys,
I was wondering if there were any other mums (or dads) out there who are full time students. I've got 2 semesters left of my teaching degree and am going back full time this semester.
I've managed to crunch all my subjects into a Thursday (when my husband is home to watch the boys)
I'm not sure what we're going to do next year as we can't afford to put the boys in childcare. I'm at Griffith Uni, Mt Gravatt.. and was curious as to if there were any other mums (or dads) who have a degree to finish but can't afford the childcare costs.
Was thinking of trying to put together a child-minding trade-off. Where a few parents could organise their timetable around each other (where possible) and have a you-watch-mine-and-I'll-watch-yours system while we are in turtorials and lectures. Of course it wouldn't start till next year, but let me know if anyone's interested in the idea.
