extremely sore!! what's going on??

For a few months, I've been feeling like i have constant PMS, but still no PPAF, I am still BFing my DD 3 times during the day, nothing at night. Over the last few days, my lower belly has been getting really crampy and since yesterday my BBs have been hurting - DH just brushed past my nipple last night (sorry TMI - just cuddling) and it really hurt for ages after. This morning when I BF DD it was excruciating, especially on the right nipple! And they have been really sore and achey since. It doesn't sound like mastitis, we are TTC - so hopefully could be PG or maybe is PPAF coming. I really need advice, has anyone experienced similar, should i go to the doctor? I ordered some HPTs online and will get them in a few days, so I will test as soon as they come, but in the meantime - should i be worried? Thanks in advance:)

Well, it could also be that as I am sure your aware, but the nipples being very touchy while feeding is a very common complaint of pregnacy, and not so common with periods (sore swollen boobs but not nipples so much).

well, just got back from the doctors as it was extremly difficult to feed in the afternoon........MASTITIS:banghead: Yay for me, thought I got away without getting it! How could it have happened? My BBs are so sore right now, and i have to feed DD in 20 minutes:eek: I'm so scared to feed her it hurts soooo much.. the doctor said I need to keep feeding her on that side:crying:
