Help for Same Sex friendly OBS Northside Bris.

My partner and I are looking at starting a family and was hoping that there are some same sex couples out there that have had positive experiences with some Obs in Brisbane. We live North Side, and would really appreciate any recommendations that you may have.
Also any hospitals that you may have found very supportive of both partners.

I'm not able to help you with your question, sorry, but I wanted to wish you luck and show my support.
I'm a student doula on the northside of brissie, married, bisexual (but not v. openly), mother to three boys. I feel that the desire for children is as universal as any other love and am completely, unabashedly supportive of gay parents.
Good luck... and if you want a doula, keep me in mind (hee hee)!

HI, we did IUI and IVF & went through QFG in the city and saw Gordon Kilvert who was fine, very nice. They see lots of lesbian couples there. Why do you need an ob and not simply a GP? Are you doing clinic based insem or do you have high risk issues?

had the babies at the Mater and they were fine. There was another lesbian couple in at the same time, but they weren't at all friendly!
