I was just wondering if anyone has had low and/or dropping progesterone levels and gone on to have a viable pregnancy.
My HCG levels are rising ok but my progesterone has dropped from 90 to 59 in 2 weeks which worries me a little.
If anyone has a success story & I would appreciate hearing about it
I've just started using progesterone pessaries. I didn't get my levels done but my obgyn believes the levels were low due to the fact that I was continually spotting. I've only been using the pessaries for under a week but already my spotting has stopped and I feel a lot more confident that my pregnancy is going to continue fine (ultrasound yesterday showed everything on track).
I posted a question about progesterone pessaries on the 'Support after pregnancy loss' thread last week and a number of ladies told their success stories there.
Best of luck.
My Progesterone levels were so low I wasn't producing eggs, and not likely too, it was at 1.........
I then went to a naturopath who put me on chinese herbs, and viola, I am now 10 weeks pregnant.
I was going to the specialist Ob the week I found out I was pregnant.
I am now into my 11th week (10 weeks 1 day) so there is hope. Stick with it and try all. I am in the conventional western medicine field but this worked for me.
Good Luck
