View Full Version : Newbie from Perth
Hi everyone,
Thought I would introduce myself as I've been reading some of the posts on the site for a while and it's about time i registered! My DH and I have been ttc for 8 months, the last 3 have been the most stressful. I have been using MaybeBaby opk for the last 5 weeks. We've just seen a naturopath and are hoping that some of her help will be successful. I'm 29, Dh is 28 and we were married in April 2006 and this will be our first baby. Needless to say, I can't wait!

Hi Cantwait and welcome to bubhub! glad you joined us, beleive me, you will get addicted!
I'm also from Perth and live in Bedford. Where abouts in perth are you located? My husband and I have just started ttc again after our miscarriage in May.
There is a WA thread if you're interested in looking at that as well!
Hope your visit with naturopath goes well, hey who knows maybe we will both get pregnant at the same time? :yelclap:
Well enjoy bubhub, you will get great info on here and chat with great ppl.

Hey & Welcome!!
I hope u like it here!! We dont bite:D
Thanks everyone! Wow, I am so glad I intorduced myself, I was starting to think that there was no one else out there to chat to.
Fot the other Perth-ites, firstbub,I live NOR too, in Ashby, just behind Wanneroo. We built the house and moved in March this year, 2 weeks before the wedding, so there has been a lot going on in the last few months.
Thank you for the supportive messages, I hope we get those blue lines soon too, and I really really hope everyone else out there waiting, waiting, waiting, gets their BFP too.
Cmd'smum, we've been to the naturopath, she put me on PCIP (a "tube cleaner" she called it - said there might be mucus in my tubes), Magnesium powder as she looked in my eyes and told me I had huge stress lines, probably from ttc, as well as a mulitvitamin and zinc for DH. so :fingerscrossed: for me and for you too, I hope you have success after your m/c in May. It would be great to have someone get pg at the same time!

Hi can't wait, glad to hear your meeting with naturopath went well!
Stress is def a no no when you're ttc, BUT how can you not stress? :banghead:
Whilst ttc DD after about 1 year, I had to go on Chlomid to regulate my cycles as I have PCO. However I really beleive the stress made my irregular cycles worse and upset my body, as with my 2nd pregnancy (the one I m/c) it was a BIG surprise!! I really beleive I fell pregnant so easily because I wasn't thinking about ttc, wasn't stressed and was healthy and fit.
Sometimes it does take time, but you will get there
Hi and welcome  Good luck TTC:fingerscrossed:

hello and welcome to bubhub.
hello and welcome.
ihav only just joined myself. i live out in bullsbrook although i spend half my time floating about doing errands and stuff down your way. good luck trying for your baby. it took me a while with my first i tried all the natural stuff and in the end had to attend concept fertility for cycle tracking which showed i didnt ovulate so that was my problem and i just needed to take a few little white pills every mth. a few people i know swear by the naturapath, it worked for them. one now has three kids all after attending a naturapath the once. (she was told by them that she was full of mucous too and then low and behold 12 weeks later... PREGGERS)
anyway bub is crying, got to go, drop us a line if u want
