The same technology used in Nintendo Wii and Apple's iPhone will be used in a new belt that pregnant women can wear to detect baby's movements. Check out the article. It will take a lot of worry out of those last weeks!

I read about thi last night @ work. It would also create unneccessary worry for mothers if they use it and don't pick up movement iykwim!:rolleyes:

Depending on how accurate it is, I agree that it could cause an increase in mums rushing to the delivery suit or calling their ob's for cheecks if their movements appear to be lessened. However many women do that anyway through sheer anxiety, belt or otherwise and anything that could potentially prevent a stillbirth I would welcome as a positive thing.:)
