Hi Ladies,

I've lurked around the forum for a few weeks so thought it was high time I introduced myself. I'm a kiwi mum of two (soon to be 3:smiliedance: ) making the move to Brisbane mid August. Nerve racking as we don't really know anyone and doubly so being pregnant but i'll get there.

I'd love to make connections with other mums around Brisbane (at this stage we will be living in Mt Gravatt) as well as joining groups that would benefit my sons so they can make their own little friends :).

Thanks for the warm welcome ladies. I'm defineately going to enjoy being a part of this forum. It's nice to see there are alot of ladies in Brisbane, I only hope I get the chance to meet some of you :)

We have finally sold our house and the contract went unconditional yesterday. At this stage we will be aiming on 15 August as the big move day. Nerve racking to think we are giving up everything that is so familiar but I guess you have to do that sometimes.

If anyone has made the move before and has some valuable advice i'd love to hear it. We will be looking for a house to rent when we arrive so need to find temporary accomodation and possibly rent a car for the first few days til we get sorted. So much to do but i'm excited.

Now I have a lifetime of junk to start sorting through but i'll get there.
