*sigh*...Gossiping.

Ladies, as much as I just love having mass (:p) amounts of posts from this thread to read, I've been noticing over the last few days lot's of subtle gossip. Gossiping about past or present members is strictly against the rules of bubhub. We don't have these rules to be nasty, but to keep the forum a rather peaceful environment.

If the gossiping keeps up, this thread is going to have to be closed and discussed by the moderators again.

We all get a bit frustrated or angry with others at times, but perhaps facebook or msn may be a more appropriate place to vent, rather then bubhub.

On that note, here's a lovely new thread to start off fresh :thumbsup:

Hey girls!! I should have went back to the past thread to catch up a bit before this post lol. Will do it a bit backwards i think :p. As some of you know things have been super busy, stressing and exciting for us lol. B and I have a cold but otherwise been doing really well. Its FREEEEEZING here, yesterday the wind chill was MINUS FIVE, with 2day suppose to be worse!!! How on earth do you keep warm in this type of weather lol.

Not much planned for the day, gotta catch up on the housework as the place is beginning to look like A dump, going for A drive with my mum this morning too see A family friend too, but apart from that nothing.


Leila - Good to see you posting! I agree the cold is terrible, I have 2 jumpers on A long sleeve shirt, trackies and leggings under that and socks and still feel cold (well only my hands, there the only part nopt coveres)

Kayla - Kaiden is 13kilos, so I suspect he will be close or on 17 kilos by the time he is 2. I agree with Bek, I got my stroller from Big W for $89 ( I think) It is A red Steelcraft Holiday, it reclines, Has A sunshade and basket underneath :thumbsup:
For Christmas I am getting Kaiden (so far lol) A few set of Lego, the 2-5 year olds I saw them yesterday and they are awesome, the blocks are much bigger but the are so mad lol, he is also getting A swing set and slide and not sure about the rest yet. Lillie will probably be getting things like clothes, A bouncer, A jumperoo (If I havent already brought them) as she will only be around 1 month old.

Lou - Hello Hello! Yes Kaiden's bits are all back to normal lol, hopefully never to return to the way they were. Hope you'se find A rental soon, it sucks looking especially once you have applied for A few and keep getting turned down. How did Aylssa sleep last night?

Kayla - I agree with the other girls don't go and waste money on a stroller, you just want something basic, I have a steelcraft phoenix in red and it's great, I got so sick of those front bars because it's harder to put them in as they get bigger. I know the steelcraft holiday Jo mentioned is really good too I have a few friends who have those, they all still fully recline but nice and compact. Mine cost about $150 or something.

Bek - Soooo what's happening with this dinner? Better hurry up and organise it before this baby comes out:rolleyes:

LJ - Hey hun nice to see you poppin in, haven't spoken to you lately, brrr sounds freezing over your way, been quite cold at night here getting down to 3-4 degree's. Hope you and B are staying well, winter colds suck I can sympathise with you! How's all the little garage sales going?

AFM - I'm 28 weeks pregnant today!:smiliedance:(sorry Jo you can have this day to yourself in 10 weeks time lol) I'm up bright and early and I feel flippin awesome, my cold seems to have dissapeared abit and Jade has been doing well at night. Bubby is behaving, have an appointment at 9:40 this morning, can't wait to go to AQUA i'm probably more excited then Jade would be if she knew what it was lol.

Jo- Wow Kaiden is getting heaps spoilt, havent thought much about wat ill get Jay for chrissy this year expect that one of his pressie will be a tampolene and wanna look at lots of outdoor play things and then he will get a swing set for his 2nd birthday, Jay will be 19 mths at chissy so think he might be that bit too young?? Naww i didnt relise lille would only be a mth old at xmas, will be a wonderful chrissy for u and ur family.

Goodluck at ur hopsy appointment today and make sure u share ur c-section date with us all, im sure u wont get any judgements hun, u r doing wats best for yourself, Jade and lily. Nothing at all wrong with having a c-section (tho u dont need me telling u that) we all want different things and in the end it doesnt really matter how u birth ur baby as long as there happy and healthy.

Regarding stollers- Been looking at everyones suggestions and reading reviews and might go pop into a baby store for a look this weekend. Atm im loving the steelcraft Profile.

AFM- Went swimming today had SO much fun, Jaylen really got to enjoy it as he wasnt tired so were changing to a morning class as our afternoon class no longer suits us now Jay is out of morning sleeps. My little man is now in bed so hoping he sleeps for a long time haha, he was alseep within 2 mins of getting in the car:sleeping:.

Jo- Woohoo half way! Thats awesome!! Yay I have a daycare day too but I have to go start getting ready for my interview soon pooooo. No relaxing day for me :no:.

Liddy- Wow I cant believe how fast its going! How on earth do you get up so early? lol.

Perthies- Im so sorry Ive been slack organising the dinner. My life at the moment kinda revolves around constant blood tests and feeling like sh!t, so I promise Ill try and organise it asap. It will be the first week of July.

AFM- As you all know I have my interview soon weeee. Im not telling them Im pg (or may be) lol cos obviously they wont hire me, whereas being pg wont hinder my availability to work or do anything. When I was pg with Lucas I was still carrying 3 cartons of booze at a time around the pub :rolleyes:. I have to go make myself look presentable soon which is a feat in itself. So cbf straightening my hair but I have to atm it resembles a birds nest. Chris is all nervous about these BTs today, Ive kinda prepared myself. Had a big cry on the phone with mum yesterday and then she started crying too lol. Mum has had countless m/c's like over fifteen. She used to have a abusive BF who kept saying he wanted a baby then when she was pg he would stress her out so much she would lose it, or he would tell her to get an abortion...awful, so it tugged at her heartstrings too. Anyways, Lucas is at daycare...I had to wake him up again the lazy boy wanted to sleep past 9:30am, I cant imagine having to get him up for school!!

Yeah I worked up til the end with Lucas at a baby furniture shop. I would like to be able to contribute and also I get bored sitting at home alot. If I get this job, and Chris gets that new job we will be earning more than enough to get a new car. We calculated it and on his new promised wage alone we would be able to afford a mortgage! But I dont wanna rush into that just yet, I wanna wait until the next boom when he can start up his own weekend business.

hey girls! had a wonderful party for emily last night, she loved it!:D its raining here agian today, i love rain! me girls had a special sleepover last night at my parents house, for emilys bday, they loved it! i went to divorce care group (i love it, its so helpful and i learn so much!) then i went to bed about 10pm and got a sleep in too! :D

Bek - Good luck today! I bet you will do just fine, are you planning on telling them you are pregnant? I applied for quite A few jobs when pregnant with Kaiden and got turned down because of that reason :( hope it isn't the case for you. Good luck with your blood work also.

Kayla - I dont know how you are siwmming in this cold lol, I had to give up Kaiden's lesson's even though the pools were heated we were both freezing our butts off lol. I dont think 19 months is to young for A swing set, Kaiden loves playing on all the equiptment at the park, and easily manages now and he is only 16 months.

Liddy - Woot for reaching the 3rd trimester. lets hope that bubs stays put in there! Sounds like you have woken up on the right side of the bed, I hope Dave, Jade and yourself enjoy your outing today.

AFM - Just got home have been at my mums all morning so absouletly no cleaning has been done lol meh, im not fussed Ashton has the next 10 days off so it will be good having him around to help out anyway. Mum made scones and we totally pigges out they were beautiful filled with lots of jam and double thick whipped cream hehe.

Kayla - Thanks hun, will explain in my AFM part about the birth stuff that was discussed today:thumbsup: Goodluck with the pram hunting, there's a few out there and I haven't really heard bad things about strollers lol infact my mum said she used a semi-recline stroller for all 3 of us kids from newborn till whenever we walked.

Jo - Wow lucky you having Ashton home for 10 days to help you out, that'll be good for you, i'm looking forward to Dave taking time off when bubs is born so we can still get out of the house and get things done after she's born, hated being stuck in the house after having Jade.

Bek - Goodluck! Hope the blood tests and job interview went well! Keep positive though, you will have a little bubby so don't give up on that. Look forward to hearing how it all went!

AFM - Well we had an awesome day, very busy but it was great. I must say that my antenatal appointment this morning was extremely thorough and really needed. Since Dave took the day off for this appointment I wanted to deeply discuss my birth options, the doctor was awesome and I told her I had chosen an elective c-section and we went into thorough discussion over my notes from Jade's birth, I got my questions answered and she really would love me to see what happens but she made me feel in control about it. So the deal is if I have not gone into spontanious labour by the 8th of September they will do an elective c-section but if I go into spontanious labour, manage to dialate well (1cm per hour) then she thinks i'd do quite well to delivery vaginally, if I don't dialate well like with Jade then they will have to do a c-section. I will be monitored but she recommends I have an epidural to help me stay in control of the pain so she said I will be able to change positions etc.. still. But I also have the power to say at any point I cannot continue and i'd like a c-section done at that point. So it made me feel more secure and she has requested I speak to an anthesist(sp) who will be able to tell me in great detail what kind of pain relief is avaliable to me during labour and a c-section. So it's abit all up in the air but now I know where i'm at and I feel comfortable just waiting to see what is going to happen.

Sorry for going on about that but it truely was a very reassuring appointment for me. Although i'm low in iron so i'm on iron tablets too. AQUA was awesome, Jade had a blast then we went shopping for bub lol

I didn't realise how close we actually were to that trimester mark - I was finally second tri, yesterday :D
Terrifying to hear that you thought you may have been in labour - but I actually read about a case yesterday where the mother was 28 weeks and the baby actually never needed oxygen. It was amazing, and she was quite big when she was born too. And I'm super happy to hear that you and Dave decided to give it another go - you guys always seemed to get along so well :goodvibes:
Jo, sorry I didn't say bye last night!! Stupid phone ran out of power lol I haven't done any cleaning either... but I have friends coming tomorrow eeeeeekkkkk! Even worse is that my house honestly looks like a bomb has hit it, there's just crap everywhere, my washing isn't getting dried. Its driving me mad.
Kayla, my little one will we under 3 weeks at chrismas - if she's stubborn and I have to be induced, it'll be done on the 22nd of December. How terrifying! I really don't know what I'm going to get Phoenix for christmas yet... I do however want that damn elmo live thing. Mostly for me. But under the thin veil of "its for phoenix" =P
I love steelcraft strollers, they're just so well made and customer service is good too. They aren't exactly a small company either!

As for the rest of us... well, I actually bought something from PP for Phoenix the other day. But it was actually cute. I bought a $36 bear suit overthingy.... like the ones you can buy from best and less, but they only go up to a size 0 there.
Just had a huge fight with my ex too... good bl00dy riddance, and I should have said goodbye and left it at that. Constant negativity gets to you after a while. He's a bad father too. IMO anyway.


Now girls, I know its difficult not to gossip about me whilst I'm off dealing with the Asperger's monster and the little and sweet one *cough*... but we don't like it getting closed :no: :laughing: :p

Jo- Its not cold at all where Jaylen goes to swimming, the pool is SO nice and warm i dont wanna get out lol and the actual centre is hot, i had to take my jumper off inside it was that hot and i can walk around in my bathers and still be warm and thats saying something when its p!ssing down rain outside and 11 degrees. I find swimming really good for the winter, makes toddlers tried, excrise for them, teaching them surivival skills and its a outing when its impossile to go outside due to the freezing weather and rain. Enjoy having Ashton at home.

Lydia- Ur doctor sounds excellect very wise and understanding, im gald ur fears have been put to rest and u feel so in control about lilys birth, i really hope u r successful at having a VBAC its a experience all women should have IMO, im hanging out for when i get to experience it tho im scared lol, normal to feel that way tho. I checked out the pics from the AQUA u always take awsome shots, gee Jade is such a gorjus girl, u should be so proud but i no u r.

MJ- naww all u girls will have tiny newborns for xmas this year, im sooo jealous. Fingers crossed ur little one comes on time.

MJ- Glad things are going well over there with you. No we dont get test results same day :( Im actually very lucky I get them the next day lol.

AFM- Interview went okay, it was a group interview so I didnt even get one on one time with anyone which usually wins me the job haha. Theres around 700 people going for 150 positions so I guess I have a chance and I find out within 14 days. Eh, Im not dying for a job but it would be nice. On the bub issue, I came home after feeling feral all day and went to the loo and I think whatever was up there...eer, well I think it is no longer there. I had some clotting which I know isnt good so although Im trying to keep positive, I also dont wanna be deluded in thinking everything is okay. Its not the end of the world...Im not 45 and this is my last chance KWIM? Ill be alright. I just feel like a failure, I cant even give Chris the baby that he really wants...sigh. Had pizza for dinner, am watching Old School tonight to cheer us up :).

As a teacher I have only ever know children with the disorder so its interesting to here of an adult with it. I cant even begin to imagine how it effects your everyday life. But kudos to you for doing the best you can for your DP. And for being SO understanding! :)

Leila - :wave: I noticed that we live near by. Well at least I think we do. Would be nice to get to know you if you happened to have changed your mind. DP has been complaining of how FREEZING it has been there too! I LOVE that town but its so famous for its freezing winters! And the terrible fogs!!!

Weather has warmed up to -2 today lol. I didn't even need the heater on this morning :laughing:!! Im getting Ds a sleeping bag made with thick 2 layer fleece on the outside and lined with flanalette since his been so cold laterly!! gotta get a tonne of washing finished today, ill be surprised if it doesn't turn to ice on the line though since we have frost on the ground and ice on the car windscreens lol.

bek- I have my fingers crossed for both the job interview and little bub. Whatever the result is you are deffinately not a failure!! & im sure chris would never see you that way either... :hugs:

mj- yeah its hard to find warm and nice boys clothes once you reach size 0 hey! such a pain. I bought ds a snow suit this year haha.

hay guys have not been on for awhile so busy wish i could keep up more but you girls talk way to much lol. yesterday we went to the primex in casino its a agricultral show full of farm stuff seems we are farmer now:yes: we took luke with us he had so much fun and scotts dad paid for us all to have a ride in the helicopter all over casino it was so much fun luke had a ball. today im going to my sisters surprise baby shower only found out on thursday night so i have to go out today and find a present for her in this tiny town full of nothing.

bek- :hugs: i have no idea what you are going through but i really hope all is good for you. you will have a baby like you said you are young it will hapen chin up.

jo- luke is 4 in two weeks and has just ticked over to 15kg lol think he needs to put on some weight before his little brother gets bigger then him. oh those scones sound so nice they are my fav snack have not had some since i worked.have fun having ashton home for 10 days are you guys going to visit his mum?

liddy- glad your appointment went all well for you and you got to have a great decussion off all birth options sounds like you have come up with a great plan.

mj- i have acually never brought anything from pumpkin patch way past my price budget would way prefer to buy something for myself then spend that much money on an outfit they only get to wear a dozen times. sounds like you got a bargain with your suit though sounds cute.

kayla- exciting that jaylen stood by himself its exciting isnt it? jake stands and then starts clapping at himself cause we encourage him so much he has been taking 5 or 6 steps for a couple of weeks now but thats as far as he will go as he is so fast at crawling. its been so cold here as well it been between 1-15 degrees which is so not normal for this area some years im still walking around in a singlet and skirt.

amy- sounds like a great weekend hope to hear all about it.

miriam- sounds like emily had a great birthday. also hope you get all this devorse stuff sorted soon so you can move on with your life.

also wanted to add that took jake to see the paediatric surgeon on tuesday to see her about his testicle and tongue tie he is getting operated on in august we have to make the treck to brisbane because she wants his cardiologist on hand in case anything goes wrong he will also have to spend the night in hospital even though its just day surgery. while he was in her office he was crying while she was looking at him and he started to go blue a bit she was a little concerned he has a appointment with the cardiologist next month so hopefully we dont hear any bad news and the obstraction that he had last check up hasnt gotten worse dont think i could survive seeing him go through another lot of heart surgery.

Hey girls,

Well I am back at hospital :( :(
I ended up fainting last night twice, first time I came back to conscience fairly quickly, so I just went and laid down, but the second times ( I felt better so got up to have some dinner) I ended up fainting and knocking my head on the way down and was unconscience, Ashton had to call the ambulance to come pick me up :( turns out I am low in Iron (even though I take iron supplements and eat lots of veg loaded with iron) and my blood pressure was really low, This pregnancy is really not being kind :(
Looks like I will be here all day today :( just the way I wanted to spend Ashton's first day of holiday's, oh well at least he can be here with me.

Jo - *hugs* Sorry to hear that hun, take it easy hey, I suffer fainting in both pregnancies but thankfully I have never knocked my head! Maybe it's a girl thing? lol Take it easy though, what are they recommending for you to up your iron if you're already taking supplements, will they just tell you to take more doses? Half way there hun only 20 more weeks to get through, aslong as you and bubby are ok that's all that matters. I'm sure you will be home before you know it, take it easy!

Kristy - Wow a helicopter ride how cool!! Sounds like you're keeping busy. Sorry to hear about little Jake though, crossing my fingers that there is no more bad news and the operation does some wonders for him. Keep us posted with it!

LJ - lol I woke up this morning and couldn't see out my window it was all fogged up, thankfully atleast our days haven't been unbearable yet as we're still reaching 17-20 during the day. I feel like the birth stuff is more clear for me now I know where I stand I know what's avaliable and I know the hospital is well equiped for any emergency that could happen so that's reassuring for me.

Kayla - I'm very anxious about the birth in general, c-section or vaginal delivery I think it's just my experience with Jade which literally leaves me shaking in fear, but it has improved as the pregnancy progressed, it's probably the main reason I kept changing my mind because I want a vaginal birth but i'm just scared of going threw what I did with her again but I know they won't allow that to happen this time, it's out of the question but I want 4 children and she said she urges me to atleast try because doing a 4th c-section can sometimes be abit iffy so if I can do this.. maybe I will never have to have another c-section. Crossing fingers! It defeniatly is an experience I want to go through in my life :)

AFM - Not doing much today, going to markets with mum to do fruit n veg, might go take a stroll in the shops to get some idea's for Dave's birthday next week. Other then that Dave has a gig on tonight in northbridge at 11pm which he has asked me to go to but i'm going to see how I feel, if I do go i'll be staying at home till 10pm then leaving, sneaking in the side door, watching then going home again and back to bed lol.

Leila - Woot glad to see you back in here luv! Cant believe how cold it is were you are! I find best n less sell pretty good sleeping bags for bubs and they go up to size 2. In winter last year I would dress seth in a singlet suit, 2 jumpsuits and then a sleeping bag. He was all bulky but he was nice and toasty lol Glad things are going well. Whats the exciting stuff happening? lol im so nosey

Jo - So glad you and Lillie are ok! This preg certainly has been rough on you but as long as you and bub are ok i know it will all be worth it!

Liddy - Glad your appt went well at the hospy. Sounds like you have your birth plan all sussed and sounds really good! Im sure everything will go smoothly :) Glad you had a nice time at AQUA. Its so cool there. I think Seth liked the jellyfish tank the best hehe

Kayla - I have to agree with Lou and recommend the profile stroller. I def got alot of use and moneys worth out of mine and I think the newer ones are even nicer. AFM - So happy its the weekend! Jordan let me sleep in till 11 this morn. BLISS! Prolly would have been longer if Jake didnt wake up DOH. He has been a lil bugger lately. His reflux has been fine (the formula really seems to be working) and he has been crying everytime I put him down and I KNOW nothing is wrong with him. So last night did a tiny bit of CC and it really seemed to work and he slept for 7 hours! Had trouble settling him a bit in the night too so let him cry for about a min till I went to him and he settled within 5-10 mins. Im gonna check out that save our sleep book (thanks lou!) as they have CC methods in there for young bubs. Im not used to a clingy bub coz Seth wasnt like this at all but I know alot of bubs are much worse so im not complaining! Anyways ill stop cr@pping on lol

My doctor called and said my HCG went up to 100,200! That really good news for us it means there is definitely something growing in there. She also had a good look at my u/s pics from the other week and said it looks as though there was 2 sacs (indicative of multiples) and one sac was faulty and caused whatever was in it to die, but the other sac has a yolk and seems normal but I need another u/s in 2 weeks. She also said my brownish bleeds and whatnot are most likely the dead sac coming out (eew) but not to be too freaked out about it.

SO YAY!

AFM - STILL doing these damn reports! Went to the small town 70kms from here to do some shopping this morning! Anyway told him who I was etc and turns out he went to the school Im teaching at AND the current Yr 5/6 teacher taught him! I couldnt believe it. He was in his late 40's I rekon! Hello young mummies,

Just jumping on quickly before i go get ready, have to curl my hair and re do my make up to make it heaps dark!!! Im soooo excited to be having a night out, woohoo gonna hit the dance floor and get sooo wasted!

Had a long day today went to my great nieces 1st birthday party, the playcentre was so cool, took Jaylen there when he was 6 weeks old and hated it but now i love it. Got heaps of pics so will upload them 2morrow then i went to check out the new pool that opened up in my local area today and its AWSOME!!!! they had a patting zoo outside so Jaylen had fun patting and playing with the animals. Im so proud of him he didnt get to have a sleep all day but still remained happy and didnt cry once :yelclap:.

and now onto my exciting news....

Jaylen has started walking with his push along walker super fast :laughing: im hoping this means he wont be far off working, does it hehe??

Lydia- I totally understand ur feeling of being scared about having a natural birth, if i was preggers again i would be excatly the same, i understand the feeling of nearly having a baby die :( im thankful everyday that i got to the hospy when i did or else Jay wouldnt be here today. Goodluck hun with how eva lily is born and pfft u can have 4 bubs via c-section its not recommaded but it does happen, my friend has had 5 bubs born via c-section the last was born 2 weeks before Jay.

Mel- Im heading towards the profile stoller its the nicest ive seen so far and has good reviews. U r soooo lucky getting to sleep in till 11am i cant remeber wat that feels like.

Lou - I never really got reccomended Iron tablets from my GP, just folate, but I was just taking the blackmores pregnancy tablets twice A day, We dont have money until monday so until then the doctor said to take 3 A day and then buy A Iron supplement on Monday and have 1 A day plus 2 of my pregnancy pills. Dinner sounds yummo, I had A really nice mousaka at A restuarant agessss ago.

Amy - It was a bit warmer today thankgod lol, wind chill was still so cold though, and we have heaps of tall trees that cover our house so we dont get any light or warmth which really sucks. Bummer your still working your way through the reports, im sure you will get them all done soon though.

Okay sorry I gotta run, we have friends over for dinner tonight, im making lamb cutlets, mash and veg nice and easy but so yummo so i'll be back later with the rest of the personals.

Kayla - Have fun;) When I focus I really feel I have it in me to remain calm and not panic, I guess that is what sucks, when they gave me the oxytocin with Jade my body just panicked, because I could not cope with the level of pain I had, I had already been in labour for a few days and they shove that in me, my sister in law was telling me the other day that when they did internals during my labour after they broke my waters, meconium use to gush out:barf:Poor bubba swollowed it that's why she wasn't breathing.. ahh it's horrid but i'm keeping positive that this experience will shed some light on giving birth for me!! I think I would cry my heart out if I managed to deliver Lily myself:bee: But doctor says that this time I should be able to have bubby with me not long after the birth as i'd love to have some immediate skin to skin contact this time to!

Oh exciting news that I forgot to mention! Seth has FINALLY cut another tooth! :smiliedance: So happy its only taken a few months lol Its one of his top eye teeth and the other top one looks like its not far off. He hasnt been too whingy which is good and hasnt needed any pain relief coz I have been putting hylands teething tablets in his bedtime bottle and they seem to be working a treat!

Afternoon All,

I have a major hang ova :dizzy: and sooo dead tired but had a awsome night went clubbing with Aaron, a few of his mates and i invited some of my old girlfriends who i havent seen since i was preggers, i got heaps wasted fast maybe cause i was mixing drinks opps, danced the night away with Aaron and the girls, had some good convo and done some crazy ****, it was nice not to talk baby for once. Stayed at the club till 2am then went back to Aarons place till 5am and got jiggy with it sorry for the TMI it was sooooo hot and went for hours :laughing:. Finally got home at 20 to 6, Aaron was a total gentelman and paid for a taxi and also my drinks :valentine:. Got to bed at 6am then was up with Jay at 8am :sleeping:.

Today we went to the new cranny pool for a swim and stupid me forgot my camera, grrr so annoyed. Massive water slides there and best toddler area. had heaps of fun.

Mel- Congrats on Seth getting his new toothie peg, these bloody eye teeth take ages, Jay has 3 but this 4th one is taking its sweet a$$ time grr. Doesnt Seth just eat the teething tablets?

Oh Kayla I forgot to say. When I used to go out clubbing all night and get wasted I would always scull a powerade b4 I went to bed or after I stopped drinking. I swear by it! Coz powerade is more dense then water it helps rehydrate you quicker so you normally dont have a hangover or its no where near as bad as what it could have been. You should give it a go next time :thumbsup:

Mel - Haha! Your hilarious! :p No - my toilet is inside! Even put my new dryer inside! I just have the washing machine outside and I HATE it! Have had run ins with the resident lizard (think blue tounged not little and cute) and with the frogs/cane toads! I just cant handle that! Im the girliest girl out! My Dad had to buy that at home pest control stuff and fumigate it for me before I would even use it! Urgh!

Im wondering if I could move my washing machine inside and attach it to the bath taps...I NEVER use the bath but it is a shower/bath...

Lucas slept until bloody 10am today and now we feel like the whole day is gone. Chris has his trial tomorrow and the guy just alerted him he needs a hardhat and a high vision shirt, none of which he has!! EEEK. But oh well will try and find one. Amy- Oh its nothing amazing. I just use the maryland chicken pieces you get from the deli part of the supermarket, theyre like a leg and thigh all together or else you could just use drumsticks. I add in a bowl: a cup of oyster sauce, about half a cup honey and a good lashing of the Chinese Five Spice, stir it all up and coat the chicken and roast it. About half way thru I baste it with the rest of the mixture.

Well Chris and I have new flanno sheets for our bed hehe we are both heaps excited to go to bed haha what nannas! We are going to watch The Godfather (our all time fave) when Lukie goes to bed. His gums look so sore, all bumpy.

Afternoon girls,
Well we just got back from our scan.... and we are expecting another blue boy! she is 95% sure.
I'm up in the air about it and a little disheartened but mostly in shock. From what she can see he is A very healthy boy, which is what matters most, but she couldn't see his heart as clear as she wants so we have to go back in 2 more weeks.
Im a little upset about comments i'm receiving my so called friends though, a friend of mine that has 2 boys, was clearly jealous when she found out i was meant to be having a girl, and I ran into them at the shops before and they pretty much told me to suck sh!t and that i wasted money on buying girly things early and what not :( but i'm not letting it get to me.
I think we are calling him Alekae (Alex/Alec for short)

Jo - :hugs: I think it's lovely Kaiden will have a little brother, I know people make a fuss out of having one of each sometimes but I certainly am excited about having another girl, I go into the toy sections and see all the little barbies and doll's and feel excited i'll be able watch my girls play together because when they're the same gender they have the same interest in toys usually. Although I loved playing with my brother's electic racing track too:p Just think your little boys will be able to play lego, trucks and cars all together!! Must have been a shock though when you were told originally you were having a girl.

just got back frm whitfords playgroup, they were doing a scrappbooking course and over the next 4wks on a monday they have 2 ladies comin in helping them photoshop there images and create albums ect so that was interesting picked up a few hints,wouldnt mind begining my own scrapbook but ive tried b4 and suck at it,so hoping 2 learn something over the next few weeks and get back in 2 it!

Thanks girls, I'm starting to come around to the idea, we have another scan this Friday, A free one, as the place that told us we were first having A girl, have A policy if they get it wrong they will do another to double check for free! Also have another scan in 2 weeks as the lady wasn't able to see his heart properly, and she wants us back to check for any abnormalities, but she is sure everything well be fine, just being cautious, of course I'm not complaining any excuse to see bubby hehe, I can't believe how many scans I have had already though, With Kaiden I had 3 This time I have had 5 already and have another 3 booked in the next 2 weeks eeek lol luckily they have all been free except one, which was onyl $65. Looks like we are gonna have another big baby too, bub is alredy measuring 22 weeks 2 days and I am only 20 weeks 3 days hehe Kaiden measured big also, but not this big lol, due date hasn't changed, she just said looks like we have a big baby on board, which doesn't bother me at all lol.

Have been so busy the past few days and doesn't look like things are going to be slwing down at all, I have an appointment at the hospy at 9am tomorrow to meet my Ob and do all that routine stuff at your first OB apointment, we are baby free Wednesday which will be nice as me and Ashton don't get to spend much time alone, and then Thursday We are going to dreamworld, Friday we have A scan at 9am and then we are heading to the baby expo straight after, thankgod we are baby free that day also as it's gonna be a busy day lol, then not sure what our plans are for the weekend, Ashton starts work again on Monday so we will probably just chill and relax.

Bek - Yay no more bloods for A while, bet thats A relief lol, hope you get some good results back tomorrow which I am sure you will!

Mel - I think the only reason I am so dissapointed is because I have been bonding with bubs as A girl for the past month, if I were told he was a boy from the start I dont think it would have mattered to me as much, but now I have to re start the bond, which I'm kinda scared of doing incase the gender decideds to change again.. argh frustrating lol Sounds like Jake is A great sleeper, Kaiden was good as well, I hope this bub is the same, it is defeinetly refreshing lol.

Jo- I nearly died when i read u were having a boy, i was shocked so i can just imagine how u would be feeling but a huge congrats is in order, boys r awsome and Kaiden is gonna have a big brother to grow up with, he will love that. Yeh it would be nice to have one of each (boy and a girl) but the most important thing is a healthy happy bub, u r having a baby cant be disappointed :p. Plus who knows u could still pop out a girl.

AFM- Jaylen, my mum and i went to the melbourne aquarium today had sooo much fun, caught the train in and Jay loved it, kept saying "choo choo" and charming all the people on the train, everyone was talking to him and he loved looking out the window.

The aquarium was heaps good, man the penguins were so cute, Jay was full on getting all excited and pointing at everything full on trying to having convo's lol. Will have to upload some pics.

Bek - Some places you have to pay for scans, I got to A place that bulk bills so haven't had to pay for one yet, the one I did pay for was non diagnostic to check out what sex bubs was, which cost $65 which we were happy to pay as there policy is really good and they offer A free scan if they guess bubs sex incorrect. Good luck with the job! I applied for A job at BigW before I found out I was pregnant again and go it, but decided to turn it down as I realized I wasn't ready to enter the workforce again, but they have told me when I am ready they have a position vacant for me, which is nice to know.

Kayla - Yes A very very big shock, not sur ehow to feel, of course I am glad that s/he is healthy, but I still can't help that little bit of dissapointment, I don't want to re-bond with bub yet either until I know for sure what its sex is as I dont think it is fare, Hopefully it can all get cleared up on Friday, mum keeps sayiong twins haha she thinks they keep hiding each other, as both sonographers were so certain of the sex's, but surely they can't miss anything like that lol. Amy - I dont think its right to 'abuse' your kids but I think it depends on what context your saying it. Like if I have a bad night with Seth I would say 'Jeez he really was a lil sh!t last night' to Jordan and I dont think there is anything wrong with that IMO. Jo - Its ok to feel disappointed hun. And I can totally understand especially coz you have been calling her lillie for the past month. Kayla - The reflux formula really seems to be working. He hardley shows any symtoms of reflux anymore and only rarely spews up now. I think coz its been a week and half on the formula his body has had time to adjust to it. He has just been cheeky lately and wanting cuddles all the time.

AFM - Had a nice day with the boys today. For the first time Seth let me put Jake on his lap. Once i did it the first time he kept wanting to have him on his lap and even initiated it himself by climbing up on the couch and trying to pull Jake onto him lol (Jake was on the couch at the time) Was so cute but once he gets tired of having him on his lap he just pushes him off lol :rolleyes: Got my new scanpan cookware set today! :smiliedance: So excited to get it, its so nice and shiney and seems like such good quality too. Funnily I didnt cook dinner tonight so I cant wait to use them tomorrow.

AFM - Sorry I ave been so slack with posting, I have been reading but yeah just been lazy I guess! I am good, just tired all the time! I have a doctors appt on Wed to see how my blood pressure is going, hopefully it has come back down. They are really worried that I will develop pre eclampsia though, the doctors have told me it is very likely I will be induced early. They don't want this to happen before 37 weeks though so we will see. Will find out more on Wednesday!

Leah - There you are! Been wondering where you got to lol. Yep the name is pronounced the same was as you though, you are the only other person that likes it that has been told to far though lol, my parents absolutely hate it, but meh, I told them to call him Alex if its such A biggie, (which is what it's African for) I Had high blood pressure with Kaiden at the end of his pregnancy and they were worried about the same thing, I think it started from about 34wks, and was on and off up until his birth, it wasn't overly high though so it didn't mean I had to be kept in, or induced. Im scared I'm gonna get pre eclampsia this time though, I get real bad headaches and my blood pressure was high a few weeks ago (even though it was low last week damn pregnancy lol) so they are already keeping watching grrrrr

Mel - Aw I saw the photos of Seth holding Jake, they are sooo adorable, Seth looks scared though hahaha, but adorable at the same time, he looks like he was be to gentle and careful with him, of course you didn't get the photos after when he would just push him off though haha. I need new saucpans and sh!t I have like 3 pans that get used everynight as I have effed the rest when we first moved out.. and I still didnt know how to cook lol, but they are the things I keep telling mum to buy me for my 21st hehe

AFM - Had a really lazy day yesterday, just pottered around the house tidying and doing washing and all that. Took Jade to the park, so it was a productive lazy day I think I needed it my UTI symptoms seem to have improved in the last 12 hours:smiliedance: I hope that means it is going away! Today I'm heading to the shops got to get a couple things and HAVE to get a can of solo:rolleyes: good old cravings. Jade slept the night again last night, that is 3 nights in the past week, i'm proud of her she is improving, hopefully she does this all the time before bub arrives!!

AFM - Had a pretty good day, went to shops and got Mia's birthday pressie and usual bits n pieces, then got some dvd's from the video store came home to discover the cords to the dvd player had been pulled out:thumbsdown: so had to wait for my sister to get back home as I had no idea which went where so got to watch some of a movie but all good, did washing instead lol. Found another molar in Jade's mouth today! I was shocked as she's been sleeping well lately and been fairly happy, but i'm pleased i'm hoping that her eye teeth come threw soon and don't cause her as much pain! I'm cooking some homemade sausage rolls and salad for tea then I can't wait to relax and chill out, I feel so exhausted this arvo, abit headachey so might go to bed early and watch dvd's!

AFM- Im feeling ok now, felt so sick before. This bub is causing me grief! Mum is positive its a girl cos of her being so happy to cause her mother pain, apparently I was like that :rolleyes: as if haha. Made sausages for dinner and I actually managed to eat 3! Most Ive eaten in weeks...its kinda good, hopefully I wont get so fat this pregnancy. Lucas and I went to the shops and sent my sister her bday pressie, bought Mia's pressie, and did some other errands. He is at daycare tomorrow and I plan on giving the house a good scrub and cleaning the showers etc...Chris is enjoying his new job, its much more strict than before but he is still the new guy so feels a bit awkward haha. He makes friends easily though. I have to go to the costume shop this weekend and hire my "bumble bee' costume for my friends bday party. Its a tiny costume (its a sexxxay one haha) so I shall wear it while I still can lol. Im going as the 'Queen Bee'...it works haha. Anyways, I can see literally 7-8 teeth all coming thru Lukies gums, they havent poked thru the skin but the gums are all bumpy poor bubby. Hope everyones bubs sleep well!!

Firstly, sorry ive been so slack! been feeling like cr@pola and Alyssa has been playing up to.
Realised on Sunday that A hadnt slept through since i stopped giving her formula at night n started giving her cows milk, shes been hysterical going to bed n wakeing up like 2+ times a night n soo hard to resettle. Gave her formula n shes slept through the past 2 nights. We thought it was her teeth but i guess she was missing her formula! I dont care that shes back on it, it has alot of good stuff in it n if she wants it she can have it!
1 molar is fully up now and another has just broke the skin so thats #10, shes still eating great (LOTS!) and hasnt had red cheeks really i think the other 2 should come through soon too, both swollen and bumpy.
AFM feeling really average, lightheaded bit loopy cant really concentrate and just queasy in my tum. Think its a bit of sleep dep on top of being preg, just hope i feel better soon i miss having energy, keep finding myself lazing the day away.
Stevens doing good, had an exam on monday n says he will pass has another tomorrow, its been nice having him home :D stupid work again on Thurs tho.

Ok so i lost a massive post last night but will try again

Lou - Hunter has formula before bed too but milk during the day i reckon formula keeps him fuller for longer and he sleeps better. Thats just my opinion though lol Hunter is on heinz follow on 6 months plus.

Kayla - Good on you for having a night out on the town - hate the hangover that comes afterwards i try not to wipe myself out too much coz i find it so hard to deal with H when im feeling so crap.

Liddy - Wow sounds sooo soon when you say 2 and a half months left... its really not much longer at all! How exciting :D.

Jess - Hope you have a great day tomorrow at Go Bananas sounds like it will be a good catch up for you all!

AFM - Hunter is teething driving me crazy... he has cut one molar but only just and the other one is very close to cutting i thought it was cut throigh this morning but i felt it before and obviously i was just imagining it but it isnt far off! He is just sooo miserable poor little thing!
He is playing with the DVDs at the moment i used to tell him off but it keeps him entertained so i just let him go and clean it up once he is finished. He has already had a nap today to which is different for him he normally doesnt go down until now and then sleeps for an hour or so and thats it until bed time.
He still isnt walking properly but isnt far off now still cruises around so fast like nearly a run but still much prefers crawling which is fine but i want him to walk too LOL.
We just watched Yo Gabba Gabba together and he ate a whole banana i have a feeling i dont offer him enough food or something as i wouldnt normally of given him that banana and i did coz he was grizzly and he ate nearly the whole lot of it so he must of been pretty hungry, i dunno he seems pretty content at the moment which is good! He is happily talking to a dvd cover haha.
Oh and i have been doing scrapbooking YEP go me i have done 2 and a half pages and i now am officially stuck! but i will get there im sure just have to find the time and patience!
Other than that me and Rory are both sick him more than me with his "man flu" but its ok i just have a runny nose and a sore head he is aching all over with hot and cold sweats but is at work has an annoying cough and kept me awake last night tossinga nd turning and coughing GRRR.

Well i better go and actually do some house work i reckon.

Maybe cows milk doesn't agree with her system as well? Soy milk maybe? Hope you feel better soon, like I said on FB end of first trimester can leave you feeling really dizzy because your hcg levels drop, that's when I fainted both pregnancies.

Jess - Yeah I was going to say i'll probably aim to be there at 9:30 because I have a hard time getting organised in the mornings lol. Will it be hard to find you? I've never been there so do I just pay and you will have a table and stuff? Looking forward to it!

Bek - Yay for scan next Tuesday! Off to the docs today at 2pm to discuss my results and to get a referral for my scan tuesday (haha yes, I made the appt without a referral lol). Lucas didnt scream today when I dropped him off at daycare, the babies were joining the toddlers today in the big toddler room so I think he liked that room better which is good cos he will be in there in August. Anyways, Im craving banana juice...im off.

AFM - Just had a friend come round with her lil girl today which was nice. Had a fantastic night with Jake last night! He pretty much slept thru! :smiliedance: He had a feed at 730 then didnt wake up for his next feed till 430. I was so happy but was all dazed and confused when I woke up to him coz I couldnt remember if I had fed him or not lol Feeling pretty wrecked tho which is weird. Mel - Nahh I think she has greatly improved since being in her big girl bed, she got to the point where she would scream if we even went in the nursery or started walking to it, she hated it. She was waking every 2-3 hours a night, but we've had quite a few sleep-threws and she usually only wakes once or not at all, it's just cause of these horrid molars!! You're very lucky Jake is sleeping so well for you, I am preparing myself for disturbed sleeping for the next year as i'm hoping to breastfeed I know I will be up in the night for a good while! I have no idea what i'll get Lily for xmas lol but for Jade i'd like to get an outdoor play equipment and get her a baby born and dolls pram kinda thing!

Bek - thats good uve managed to get to a healthy weight before bubs, will be easier to shed it after its born but also be careful they say the minimum to put on is around 12kgs (What to Expect When Your Expecting)

AFM- OMFG I am so fricken exhausted. Mia's birthday was lots of fun and all the kids played really well. Lucas hit Jade but she wasnt fazed (sorry Jadie!!) little trooper. There was one girl who kept annoying the kids and tried to take a toy off Lukie so he bit her haha. She should have just left him alone. Then her little friend tried to do it later and he bit her too BAHAH and I went up to them and told Lucas off and the mum goes, "he was biting!"...:rolleyes: her sook of a kid was crying I felt like being Mr.T and telling it to get some nuts! GAH! But apart from Lucas's temper the day was nice, lots of yummy food for everyone to pig out on and we got to see bubby Jake who I swear is the most wonderfully easy bubba I have ever met, never sooked once!! Kayla - Sounds like you had a great night out hun, glad Aaron didn't get any call outs so you could enjoy some time with him and not be disturbed. I always feel bad if I go out around dinner time and mum puts Jade to bed and that lol it's a funny feeling. AFM - SO ready for Friday! My girls are being lil BIATCHES!!! Apparently there is some bullying going on and have had 2 girls coming to school in tears and another few not wanting to come at all! Its all this 'if you talk to her you cant be in our group' CR@P!!! I cant believe they are 7 and 8 yrs old and doing this! Argh! Had a BIG SERIOUS talk to them about it today! Took the govy car (Edu Qld vehicle) to the next town this arvo for a meeting I had to go to! Was the first time I had driven it and LOVED filling it up and using the school's credit card! Felt very corperate!!! Hahaha! Its a brand new Xtrail and SO nice to drive! Still prefer my Suby tho! Just a few things that annoyed me like no audio controls on the steering wheel and the cruise controls that were on the steering wheel didnt light up at night! But other than that is a nice car! Was SO scared I was going to hit a roo on the way home as it was dark! But I didnt! Managed to miss the 2 I saw! Lol!

AFM - Well obviously went to miss mias party today and had a really nice time! That playcentre is awesome but SO busy! Seth wasnt clingy to me which is such a relief, he normally freaks out a bit and takes time to get into it. The annoying lil girl that bek was talking about was annoying seth too. Was seriously following him around for ages and was in his personal space. He wont stick up for himself tho so he just sooks lol Unfortunately I am sick tho :thumbsdown: Came down with it so quickly! AFM - had a great time at Mia's birthday party, A loved it and was off into everything, i hardly saw her. When we were eating she was off climbing n playing in the big kids area hehehe She crashed in the car but woke when i put her in her cot, shes getting another molar so is having yuck nappies n has a rash now poor girl. Stevens parents came around tonight to drop off his new (2000 ford laser) car n take his old one (2000 ford falcon, he wanted to downsize to a 4cyl n his one had a bit of body damage, new one is in near new condition woo!). Swimming tomorrow then going to do some washing, thinking of taking all my sheets to mums on the w/e n stealing her dryer our stupid line is under so many trees it takes forever for anything to dry grrr.

sorry i havent bin on 2 post yet,ive bin so busy,left mia's birthday at 3pm then went across 2 joondalup and spent her pp gift voucher sue brought her,they had a buy 1 get 50% off second sale so i ended up getting her a whole outfit and booties and hairclips! then headed home and my gf jasmine came over as she couldnt come 2 mia's party as she had 2 work,then at 630 i picked up my gf christine and we went 2 whitfords and had a lil shop and she did her grocerrie shop as her car is broken dwn atm,didnt get home til 9:50pm poor mia had such a huge day but she was so good right up 2 the end! i felt bad draggin her around everywhere as she was knackered but she seemed fine with it, off 2 the airport 2day 2 pick up jason,but firstley gotta clean up so much as mia bin a lil terror this morn,she has gone in 2 my bathroom n tipped my wax pot all ova the floor thats gunna b fun 2 clean:rolleyes: and she put oats all ova my kitchen floor along with magnets everywhere lol i have thoose lil numba 1s dwn low for her 2 play with...joys!

on other news.... Jays speech is getting better everyday he is now saying, good girl and my nan and is copying most words i say, he understands heaps. Still cant belive he can put 2 words togerther, talking is just the area his good in and lacks in motor skills eg. walking which he might not do till 2 years haha.

AFM - Had a gp appointment this morning, because I wasn't feeling better still and apparently I didn't even have a UTI:geek: So I got treated for something I didn't have, so apparently all this nausea, cramping and major fatigue is NORMAL... dammit! Jade is having a nap then we're heading to my nans to drop off a spare desk we have that she wants. Jade started doing the twinkle twinkle little star actions today it was soo cute, but she's gotten into a bad habit of taking off socks and shoes, she won't keep anything on her feet, very annoying in this cold weather!

Bek - try those sea bands!!! heaps of the ladies in the Jan thread raved on about them a lil while ago. Sold in the natural shop they work with ur pressure points on ur wrists, worth a go id say!!

Liddy - i havent noticed any difference with petrol moving up to the x-trail, still only have to fill up once a fortnight n its usually around $50 :thumbsup: its funny when they go hyper, cept when ur exhausted! thats bs u got wrogly diagnosed stupid dr!

Kayla - didnt end up going swimming, i couldnt find my car keys to save my life last night (steven found them hidden under a lamp in the office :rolleyes: cheers Alyssa!) and it was blowing a gale all morning so i didnt feel like going out anyway heheh. Thats great about Jay's speech, they say 20 words by 2yrs, any less n they begin to worry so Jay will pass with flying colours! I haven't really read back on the posts much, have been really slack, have been struggling with coming to terms with having another boy, but am starting to warm to the idea, I do think it is gonna be awesome, and it means I can spend hundreds at PP and know they will get good use lol. Also when we decide to go for bub number 3 in 5-6 years I know the boys can just share A room if we can't afford to upgrade :D

Went to the baby expo today, brought some Itti Bittis and Baby beehind cloth nappies, also got A 4 pack of tommy tippee closer to nature bottles for only $23 whish is really really cheap, And I got A 2 pack of tommy tippee closer to nature bottles except they are A cool blue colour the look so awesome, and got soooooooooooo many feebies.

Will try and give personals ago.. but not sure how I will go lol

Amy - Goodluck testing! 2 weeks late is pretty late lol, will keep my fingers crossed for you *goodvibes* I can't believe there is already bullying at that young, when I was at school I never gt bullied except for some b!tching in high school so I am amazed that it happens so young, sounds like you really layed the law down though, so hopefully it will stop.

Bek - Hope your nausea settles for you, I am so glad I had none this time around, it was hell with Kaiden.

Liddy - Kaiden went through the stage of taking his socks off (never his shoes though) it passed pretty quickly so I hope it does for Jade too. Thats so adorable that Jade does the actions to twinkle twinkle, That is Kaidens favourite nusery ryhme, he know the words and actions and it is so adorable when they sing ( even though the words aren't the exact you can still tell what he is trying to do lol)

Kayla - Glad Jay had A ball at swimming today, Kaiden is also A real water baby, but it is way to cold for us to go swimming atm, so can't wait to start up again In Spring. Thats awesome Jay's speach is getting better, and im sure he wont be 2 and not walking lol.

AFM - Ashton and I read through some babynames last night and we have A few in mind, but he really loves Axel and I don't mind it either I think it would go cute with Kaiden, but we have like 15 names on the list, so i'm gonna run them through mum and see what she thinks.. even though it will be our decision, I like to know what she thinks. We haven't got much planned today, have A couple of bills that need to be payed before the post office closes and we might browse the shops, but other then that its gonna be pretty chill, Ashton is back at work on Monday :(

nothing much planned for 2day,prob head 2 the post office and pay my electricity and internet bill,and mayb head 2 the shops and try 2 find mia a birthday pressie,we went 2 toys are us yesty 2get a playgym but all kool 1s were sold out:( the only 1s that were left were the expensive 1s that are over a grand and are for older kids that have the swings and slide attached to them, we just want the lil plastic 1 with the slide for toddlers that are lik 300hundred! they had a single slide there though for 99bucks on sale,so if we cant find a gym then we may just get her that as she loves slide and a lil sand pit and some clothes!

BUT the yearning to have a baby is SOOOO much stronger than the yearning to travel atm. He also wants to be married and everything before we have babies and I do to - I guess Im just impatient! Lol!

Lou- $50 bucks to fill ur car ur sooo lucky, my car is dual fuel, petrol costs me $100 bucks to fill up and Gas costs me $30 to fill up, i dont use much petrol tho just run mostly on gas. Jo- Did ur friday scan confirm 100% bub is another boy? 2 boys!!!! thats awsome!!! its good ur seeing the positives because really it is such a blessing there are some of us that would just kill to have another :) or a first.

Jess- Thought you were DEFINITELY naming your next bubba Roman? Thats cool if you dont like the name, ours will be the only one around here haha. We are deadset on the name for a boy...but we have a surname that goes. I am not gonna say anything about the TTC thing as its not my place and you already know what I think.

Jo- Thats great that you guys agree on some names though. Axel is cute and such a good name for a little boy and then once he grows up KWIM?

Amy- Yeah the tea does help for like 15 minutes haha. I cant really answer your question as Lucas was as unplanned as they come but I just think that once you've got a kid, they are there forever and I know you already know that but I honestly would say to you go travel, be spontaneous and enjoy being just you two because once you have a bubs...thats it. You can still travel etc but Im not gonna bullsh!t you and tell you to TTC when you arent sure if your ready. You have a great job, your DP sounds so wonderful and I just think get married, live a little and then when bubba does come along you can say, well you know what I have no regrets. Its your choice of course but as my mum says, cluckiness is a trick of nature...it keeps our species going. Get a puppy haha.

AFM- Feel rank. Just went and got some skimpy as army costume for my friends party but now seeing online on adultshop Ive found some nicer ones so may take it back. BBQ was ok was just really relaxed. We got a few movies out today so tonght will stay in and watch those.

Im worried that when we do decide to TTC a few years down the track that it will take years and years for it to happen because of the PCOS and I dont want to be an old Mummy! Haha! SNAP!:o saw ur post in 1 of the other threads,trust me u will know when the right time is,and u have plenty of time but whatever u do,make sure it is a mutal want,and that both u and ur dp are ready and wanting,yea he may b wantin a bub but respect him when he says not just yet and wait for him 2 say yep lets do it now cause other wise it can cause problems in ur relationship,having a baby as it is can cause alot of preasure and stresses at times and if ur dp isnt ready u dont want 2 have resentment thrown in2 that,when i first fell preg with mia,we had decided that we would wait 3yrs and we had a life plan but then 2wks after that discussion i found out i was 8weeks and 6days preg and jason for awhile held alot of resentment and we had some huge fights,dont get me wrong we both love and adore mia and are happy 2 have her and wouldnt change it now,and we would both go 2 the end of the world and back 2 protect her but sometimes it would have been nicer if he wasnt the way he was during the pregnacy,he did not attend 1 ultrasound or appointment,partly cause he was working away but mostly because he just didnt want 2 know! he regrets it now and knows she hasnt ruined his life but back then he was in the frame of mine that he hasnt done all the things he wanted and he wasnt ready so that was his way of dealin and didnt really connect with her,and u dont wan 2 feel as though u are goin through the pregnacy alone,its ment 2 b a happy time,thats y our next bub is deffinatley not coming until jason and i both are really ttc cause i dont want 2 go thru wat i went thru durin my pregnacy again!next bub i want it 2 b special and him involved and it 2 b happy!

Jess - Yeh! I completely agree with what you are saying! And I would NEVER preassure DP to TTC when he doesnt want to! Thats just not fair and I agree - it would completely ruin the relationship!!!

We actually had a BIG chat about it last night in bed and he told me the reasons he wants to wait but also said he can understand the reasons I want to TTC ASAP!!! We are usually very good with taking on eachothers points of views! And I do respect his!

AFM- Feeling very tired and grumpy this morning was out for hours last night looking for my brother after the police came around reporting his car was found in a ditch so i had to get Jay out of bed and go looking with my mum couldnt let her go alone she was very upset as any mother would be, luckly Jay just kept sleeping in the car, such a good boy.

Found the car straight away half smashed up :eek: my brother wasnt in it so drove around traceing his steps and finally got a call saying a friend of my mums had spotted him and given him a lift home.

AFM - Yesterday was a busy day, Dave, Jade and I headed to the shops first thing so we could get our hair cut (dave and i) feels so much better, didnt have any taken off the length just had it relayered and thinned out. Anyways so we had some lunch came home so Jade could nap then went out to get a few bits n pieces for bub and another wii remote and wheel so I could kick his butt lol Went out for dinner to Hans Cafe was really nice. This morning going to Harbour Town to find a few items of clothing for Jade then i'm having a quiet arvo, apparently going to my brothers place to tea, ill be buggered tomorrow but have a september 09 mummies meet first thing:dizzy: lol Oh well all fun and games. Jade has been good I think she's getting some of her eye teeth had a rough night and seemed in pain. She's started saying her name now and this morning she was holding her hands on my belly saying "baby baby" and kissing it lol funny kid but then she points to her belly and says baby too.

i got mia vaxx against the flu shot,she is due 2 have her second shot,there is 2 in total,she hasnt been sick yet,even i have had a cold and she didnt even catch it,i was impressed,ild rather give her it as a precaution,babys immune systems are lower then ours and just cant handle influeza,ild rather give her a needle then b in hospital with her it would break my heart if something happened and she caught something i could have prevented! and with this swine flu cases getting bigger and bigger and a man died in perth the other day from it and schools closing ect ild rather just b on the safe side:rolleyes: but its ur child ur decision but i dont c the harm in it seriously,i think this winter is gunna b a bad 1 2 for lil bugs...

leila-i brought the nicest yohgurt 2day,it was gluten free and 99% fat free made here in wa, it was that greeck style "real" yohgurt thats really thick and yummy,it had real whole chuncks of rasberrys in it aswell! not that i got 2 really enjoy much of it though as mia ate the majority and it was a huge tub aswell!

amy-not long now til ur on holidays but it always seems 2 go slower when u cant wait 4 a certain day 2 arrive! enjoy sleepin in the rain:rain:

Jess- our worlds change when we have babies, i dont have any regrets about my pre baby life but i look back and think "omg did i really do all that" parties every weekend, skinny dipping, running across highways naked, got sooo wasted every weekend ohhh geee im sooo boring now haha but my main focus is my little man his my life now and i wouldnt change a thing. As for the needles it wont matter if u get them a week after her b'day as long as its not ages past 12 mths Jays so late which his but not because i delayed them, the reaction can take a week with these lot too which i didnt no :(.

Had a shocker of a night last night. Seth has caught my cold and was so sick the poor lil man. Thought it would be a good idea to kick Jordan outta our bed so he could get some sleep to wake up for work and put Seth in bed with me. I have never co slept with him tho and it showed coz he was so restless and unsettled and kept sitting up and crying :( So I eventually put him in his own bed and he slept so much better and only woke a few times. As soo as I did that Jake decided that it was his turn and had a feed and then was waking every 30 - 60 mins right up until Seth got up at 8 :dizzy: I have no idea what was wrong with Jake. He just would cry all of a sudden and then settle after about 30 secs of crying :confused: I just hope he isnt getting sick too. I would feel terrible. Anyways I hope you are all keeping well! Im gonna go try and lay on the couch with Seth. At least its nice to have such a cuddly toddler, so im making the most of that! :)

Btw Jess I watched Jack and Miri make a porno last night and it was really funny! I also got out Gran Torino and it was to my suprise actually really good! Jordan loved it too.

Bek - Jade is doing alright in her big girl bed, it certainly was an improvement from the cot but in saying that i've had problems with her waking ever since she started getting teeth, it's on and off all the time, when she's getting a tooth it's horrible, she will only usually wake once but she's just so damn hard to get back to sleep!! Although I really like just being able to lie down next to her as I was struggling to lean over her cot to settle her. I'm sure Lucas will do fine in a big bed, Jade loves her new room.

Liddy- Oh cool, I cant wait to get his new bedroom suite, we are gonna go have a look at Ikea in the next couple of weeks, mayeb even tomorrow or whenever Chris gets home early. I really like that Mammut set I think it is the blue bed and wardrobe and dresser...the plastic one just like Lucas's table and chairs? It would be like $500 for the bed, bedside table and dresser. Lucas is teething too hey, but luckily he isnt waking, I think he hates the cold so much he would rather stay in his cosy cot than cry and stuff lol. Hopefully Jades come through soon!! Lukie has about 7-8 poking thru the gum :eek: poor bubbas and what they have to go thru!

us- Well Ive decided to sell all the prams and strollers and picked up a new mothers choice 3 wheeler 2day, cant believe the tread on the wheels!! :laughing: I have used my current pram so much that the tires are completely flat and worn away very badly. Will be great to have a new pram 2 clock the next 10 thousand ks on lol.

Sorry i've been staying away recently also... kind of a little bummed that have no idea if or when ill have another child again, watching all of your pregnant or on with your 2nd etc & bummed that so many dreams have been really knocked back or flushed down the drain due to being a single mum. Just the joys of one of those down moments. Im looking forward to all the changes currently taking place though and trying to enjoy the time with B until situations change.

AFM- Jaylen had a nearly 4 hour nap today which was lovely and his cold seems to be clearling up fast which is good, had a quiet day at home didnt want to go out and speard germies, just played lots of games and got heaps of cleaning done. Been looking up foods which are high in vitamin C as its meant to build up imm systems and fight off colds and flus, found out kiwi fruit is packed full of vitamin C so i got my mum to buy one on her way home and Jaylen actually ate the whole thing ekkk but he loved it.

amf-went 2 joondalup 2day and spent so much money,im usually not fussed its usually jason who is hell tight and keeps me on raines but 2day he was just splurging and i was gettin so cranky lol he brought him self a 240 dollar jacket,mia's outdoor play gym was 149,the internet bill was 170 and then food for tea was 43bucks and mias new clothes 2 wear on her birthday plus a pair of jeans totalled 80 and then he went and spent another 160 on stupid lil minature men 2 paint,like i know most of that was things that had 2 b paid,bills and food for dinner but seriously 200+ for a jacket plus money on lil men and i got nothin so i had my grumps on hahaha so 2mora he is taking me in2 the city 2 buy me some new clothes from supre and myer cause i winged the whole way home about how he can justify spendin that much on a jacket!!! lol and i want something nice 2 wear out for tea on wed for mia's birthday

Leila- I can totally understand how you would be feeling but seriously, you will definitely find another guy and of course he will want to have bubbies with you. Nobody as gorgeous as you stays single ;) haha. You should be so proud that you are a single mum...you do it all on your own, you even had your own business and Bohdi never goes without anything. The most wonderful thing though is that you left that poor excuse of a man instead of staying there and copping his sh!t and to me that makes you such a strong person. Bohds is still so little, I know so many women who have met a great guy after their FOB and live a great life...try and think of all the great things in your life because the grass is always greener on the other side.

Kayla- Poor Jay hope he gets better. Lucas had a hit of vitamin c too but ate the whole damn orange skins and all :barf:haha.

Jess- I switched off it made me too angry watching them and their dumb men.

AFM- Not doing much actually feeling kinda good...still sick but not so feral. I ate dinner for the first time in 3 weeks!! And Chris is about to go down the road and get me a sundae from maccas :p yummm. Lucas has daycare tomorrow, I swapped it with his usual Wednesday cos I dont think he would like to wait for me while Im having scan done and he gets very worried when people touch me and tends to freak out. Chris might not be working if its raining so it would actually be quite nice even though we are missing out on money cos he didnt wanna ask his new boss for a day off for the scan. If he doesnt work we are gonna go to Ikea in the morning, then scan then watch a movie. He keeps telling me he wants me to have his lastname (hinting away) but I dunno if I ever wanna get married now :confused: kinda freaks me out haha. Im so bipolar!!!:laughing:

AFM - Had a better night last night but still feeling pretty wrecked. Didnt end up having a sleep yesty arvo coz I bought a roast on sat so had to cook it otherwise it would have gone off. So annoying. Seth didnt wake up too many times which was good. Jake was SOO unsettled yesty arvo and just screamed and screamed. I felt like I was about to have a friggen nervous breakdown coz I just couldnt get him to stop. He fed about 3 times in 6 hours so im not sure if it was comfort feeding but at least he was quiet during those times. Jordan was really good tho and was the one to eventually got him to settle. He wasnt too bad in the night tho but I did bring him into my bed at about 530 coz I was in desperate need to get more sleep. I hope he doesnt get used to it tho! Not doing anything today. Just gonna laze around the house and watch some movies.

Morning Girls,

We weren't really fighting last night he was just getting on my nerves, I asked him to put up rope in the shed so I could dry some clothes and it took him over and hour to do it, then after he did it I went to hang up some clothes, but he put the rope up to sh!t had it tied to random stuff and expected it not to hang down, anyway put the clothes up and the just drooped straight down to the floor dragging on the ground, so I was p!ssed off and he told me to do it myself if I wasn't happy with it and went to bed, so my blood was boiling as I hate being walked away from mid fight HAHA probably A good thing though as it would have escalated into something much bigger if he hadn't gone to bed
Not alot happening hear today, have just put Kaiden down for his nap and then I'm gonna go take this rope down and fix it myself lol, as I have sh!t loads of washing and the weather is still crap, not raining atm, but completely overcast and doesnt look far away, they reckon it will be like this for the next few days and we have NO clean clothes so need that done.
Also have an appointment with my GP this arvo, just A check up and also have to get A referal for another scan, A follow up to last weeks as the ultrasonographer couldn't see Axel's heart properly and she just wants to make sure everything is how it should be - which I'm sure it is.

Afternoon Girls,

Just got back from the GP, check up with Axel and I was all good, Blood pressure spot on, Tummy feels good and got A referral for my scan. I was talking to him about Kaiden though, as he has been chucking massive tantrums and was wondering if it was just A stage, (as he head bangs, kicks, screams, pulls his hair, and hits him self) and Ashton has Anger problems, so was thinking that it might be related, he told me it is probably A stage and that his ears might be bothering him, and sure enough he checked them and he has an infection in his left ear :( as well as slight bronchitis, so he is on antibiotics and dimatapp.

Kayla, I know what you mean, it is a little weird writing and reading it but I'm starting to get used to it, plus I hate just calling him It, Bub or Him lol. Thanks hun, I'm hoping that it will clear up really quickly for him, poor little man and I had no Idea :( No wonder he has been such A pain lol. I'm not sure why he has the infection, it is only his 2nd one and both times they have only been minor and cleared up real quickly, he isn't doing swimming atm so I dunno, maybe its because of going in the shower, as he doesnt really go under water in the bath.

Jess - Yes men can be so annoying lol. I hope you sort out something to do For Mia's special day, it's A bummer that it's raining there.

We've had major weather issues lately too, the worst is nappies :hair: Our laundry was packed for our inspection yesterday, SO bad! I had to explain that our drier stopped working all of last week and then it started working again, but it was wet outside, sothe drier's been running for the last week pretty much. Dreading our next electricity bill...
I can't believe I'll be 16 weeks tomorrow, the last couple of weeks without scans have flown by, can't believe that in 2 weeks I'll be having my 18 weeks scan (remind me to go and get the referral for that!) and I STILL have to do my hospital booking!

Leila & Kayla, I actually think about you guys quite a bit and how hard it must be for you. It must be quite heartbreaking to not know whats going to happen, and for single Mums in general how hard it must be.

Hey girls,

Well here are the results from my u/s today...

It turns out that when my egg was fertilized it had way too many chromosomes. It developed totally abnormally never as a fetus but as a tumour instead. So I have this big ugly tumour growing in my uterus lol. It can replicate all the signs of pregnancy: m/s, missed periods, bloating (as it stretches your uterus) and other problems. It isnt really dangerous but it can spread, its called a Molar Pregnancy. Anywhoo I have to go and get a dilation and curette in the next month to remove the dead tissue cos I dont wanna feel sick anymore for a gross tumour!!

It was a bit of a shock but we are ok really, I think cos it never developed into a live fetus that I dont really feel any loss IYKWIM?? Im disappointed but sh!t happens and you cant dwell on it or I would be a very depressing person to live with lol.

I am going to wait about 3-5 months before really trying again. Its important to gibve my body a rest and also the doctor said the D&C can actually aid in conception because its kind of a 'spring clean' for your uterus :laughing:.

So yeah, dont feel bad for me seriously, we are both quite fine and I shall just look forward to watching you all get fat while I stay gloriously slender...whilst drinking a cosmopolitan :thumbsup:.

Cheers for all the well wishes everyone, we are dealing really well with the news though actually more worried right now at the fact that due to all the :rain:Chris has no work for the whole week!!! He contacted his old boss and he has a few days for him so thats good, pays our bills...

Lucas fell asleep in his highchair before was so funny so I got him out and showered him now he's wide awake! :rolleyes: He never sleeps before 8:30pm lol. We watched Changeling today was AMAZING such a good movie (cheers Jess for the reccommendation:p) we have Bride Wars tonight not my kinda movie but im sure it'll be ok. Lucas is telling me his teeth are hurting the poor boy so Ive given him his elixir...OMG today at daycare his carer told Chris that Lucas is the bully :eek: he kicks, bites, hits and tells other kids off all day sooo embarrasing!!

I've always thought being a mum would be finding a man, marriage, buy a house, have a few children 3 years appart lol. Sorry i've been MIA,
Been having a few stressful days, feeling extremely breathless and have the shortest temper atm, sick of the rain and our dogs making a mess in the laundry, I really don't like having them inside but there is no large sheltered area outside at the moment. Ontop of that I'm still getting nausea's in the mornings and my bank account has been overdrawn for 3 weeks running lately so I just haven't been in the best of moods.
I'm pretty sure Jade has an ear infection or she's getting a tooth I can't find, because she has rashes in her ears from scratching them:thumbsdown: we're both off to the doctors tomorrow morning.

On the plus we're out for tea tonight for Dave's birthday, looking forward to it but hoping Jade behaves since we will be eatting dinner at her bedtime. I've also finished my first scrapbooking album which i'm excited about, but now I have nothing to do! Hopefully will be able to get another one sometime soon.

Mel, you will get through this hon... have you considered taking Jake to a paed and getting him on some zantac or losec? They slow/stop the production of the stomach acid that hurts so much, and as long as your dosing right and the amount is right for him, it will stop the pain. I know how hard it is, I was surviving on about 3 hours sleep and without a toddler, but P was really bad reflux-wise. Is Jake still gaining weight? Sorry for all the questions, especially when you're feeling down :hugs:

Rang Jason's mum today only to hear some sad news that Jade's great grandfather has passed away:( (Jason's Mum's.. father) she was so upset she couldn't even talk to me properly so ended up speaking to Mr Ex instead, wasn't prepared for that one but he was alright and was asking all about Jade. He was really sick so that's why he passed away, his memory has been gone for a few years now, but i'm just glad he got to meet Jade so I can tell her that she has met her great grandad.

mj-she is stil so lil lol i cant bleave how fast all our lil bubs are growing up! mia has had nappy rash the past few days aswell poor lil mite has been so sore she wont sit in bath as it must sting her bits,:(gone thru so much bepanthem cream n im sick of puttin it on aswell,its clearin up 2day though and is much better then what its been,doesnt help when she does 5 poos per day and u change her n less the 15mins after she has soild her nappy again!

leila- i think u should b able 2 get some if not all ur course paid for by centerlink and u will get a rebate on childcare aswell if ur studying along with pension if u choose 2 put him in care whilst attending course,goodluck with it all!

us- well B is with mum 2night, i came home cleaned and cooked, spag bol, choc brownies and a puree for B. Now I feel really sick, sore and exhausted... :barf:

leila- yea its only 5:15 here,prob just go thru maccas drive thru :laughing:when i did my childcare cert III back in 05 they paid the whole semester which was only a 6month course anyhow,i just had 2 pay for the text books and i just got one of them 500buck loans of them and brought my text books with that as they were about 350 plus then folder and paper n pens ect... but when i started my diploma after i finished cert III its a 18month course and they would only pay for 1 semester per yr,so basically they would pay for the first half n then 2nd semster ild hav 2 pay then in the next yr they would pay the 3rd semaster,does that make sence:confused: hope that helps as i dont think it would have changed much
