What to serve with Calamari rings?

Help I want to make a decent meal out of 250gms of Calamari rings to feed 3. Any suggestions on what to do ?

Stirfry on rice?
Or a paella type rice dish with saffron and tomatoes and coriander, cumin etc?

My fave is that, or a naughty fried battered calamari with chunky home made chips in the oven, with lime aoli.
