choc chip muffin recipe

Yep, homebrand choc chip muffin mix :laughing::laughing:

No help other than that! Never had a bad batch though :p

Nigella's Chocolate Chocolate-chip muffins

250g plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon bicarb
2 tablespoons cocoa
175g caster sugar
150g chocolate chips (plus more for sprinkling later)
250g milk
90g vegetable oil
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line a 12 cup muffin tray with papers. (I actually cook mine at 170 - I have a very hot, fan forced oven)

Mix dry ingredient together
Mix wet ingredients separately and then add into dry ingredients. mix until just combined.
Sprinkle extra choc chips on top
cook for 20mins or until dark, risen and spongy.

Super yummy, especially warm. Just try and stop at one!:laughing:
