what is crestmead like to live in

we currently live in springwood but may have to move to another area due to affordability as we want to buy what is crestmead like as a place to live or can u recommend other areas in the vacinity thanks heaps karen

Hi! Hope this is not too late! I live quite close to Crestmead and it's like any area, there's always going to be pros and cons! It is close to a fair few amenities/facilities etc parks, shops, lots of public transport, there's a few different schools around etc. It is fairly affordable, but I'm living and renting a house owned by my parents lol. There's a new police station just been built and it's fairly close to emergency services, logan hospital etc. I guess it might just have to be a rent-for-6-months and see type attitude, because your take on Crestmead might be slightly different to someone else kwim? I have no probs with the area, although I'm not directly in it, alot of my friends are and are happy with the area. Plenty of daycares too lol. Hope this helped a little:wave:
