It is raining on the inner northside too! Can't say it has stopped me from doing anything though! Or can I use that as an excuse as to why my house is a mess!;)

I love days like this....makes me feel like i can just snuggle up on the couch in front of the telly......and i don't feel guilty about not doing any house work!!!!

I was working at the bayside this morning and its been raining constantly - normally I would love it, but had to get up early this morning, it was cold and now the rain - so wished I was at home, in bed, reading or watching telly. Having said that though we do need the rain and I'm home now, so I can enjoy it.

yes its raining here still and i have had to complain to the real estate again about the roof leaking and the gutters overflowing. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

the lovely rain also made us cut our morning walk shorter than normal today as it was quite cool as well as wet.

Yep, raining over here! I absolutely love rainy days! It hasn't stopped me from doing anything at all because i'm at work. I did bring my puppy along with me today so she didn't have to be stuck in the cold! :)

Poor DS is so bored, he is used to going for a walk around this time. I cant even go for a drive cause my poor thing died!

Only 3 hours till DH gets home!!:smiliedance:

I have snubbed water restrictions to continue hosing my garden so it's nice and lush and now I don't have to be so sneaky!!!

:shame: :shame: Probably not wise to post that on a public forum!

True!! Probably also not wise to say I used my neighbours hose!!!

Hmm yeah that probably makes the issue worse!

Yes, particularly if your neighbour is a member here.

Grrrrrr do you not realise the seriousness of the situation. :shame:

Oh, say no more, it was pouring on my drive home from the airport today (absolutely pouring) but once I got to Kallangur it wasn't even spitting. We always miss out

Water restrictions aren't there to annoy us... they are there to help us, and ensure our children have water.
It's a little bit annoying to know that while some of us are cutting down on showers etc, others are merrily watering their gardens. A little selfish, don't you think?

 I am glad that you were willing to admit that.
(I was almost regretting my post, expecting to get a very defensive reply! )
