Homebirth Conference

Just on the topic of conferences.......is anyone going to the Homebirth Conference in Geelong 1-2 July?

Henci Goer, Ina May Gaskin, Dr Sarah Buckley and many more wonderful speakers.

I am going but know NO-ONE! Although I am sure there will be lots of lovely, friendly ladies there, it would be nice to connect with some others that are going too.

Sounds great!! have fun!! I would love to come but didn't know that it was on- and wouldn't have been able to go anyway. Is it on next year? Maybe I can arrange for then...hey do you go to the homebirth meetings? I am trying to find out about them- I would love to come!

I think it is a yearly thing? So maybe next year will be a goer for you?
I have been to a couple of the Home Midwifery Association meetings....they are on every second Monday but I think the venue has recently changed - somewhere in Paddington??? Haven't been for a while so will have to get myself updated and along to a meeting. Might see you there!
