im 27 and my son is 10 months.. i have a friend also here in bondi junction whom is 32 and her son is 6 months. we go to a playgroup in the holdsworth community center in woollhara once in awhile.. but we would like to get a playgroup started here in the junction.. maybe meet a few moms by going to get coffees or going to the holdsworth playgroup together.. and then start alternating days once a week at our homes as our own playgroups.. we're tired of walking all the way to the community center, paying $8 for our kids to chew on some plastic balls, then never meeting anyone new that wants to meet outside of the playgroup. its just so impersonal!
don't get me wrong, its sooo lovely to go there.. but not all the time.. we want our little ones to make friends and become social, so its our only choice. we'd like more choices!
