I am a member of a review website called SOUP. Last week i got a gift card to review 'Le Rice' dairy/rice snack. I have also reviewed other bits and pieces and they either send you out a pack/box of stuff or send you a gift card to buy the stuff :D no pay but heaps of freebies for answering a few quick questions. sometimes you need to pass there initial questionnaire to be picked to review, but i seem to come up trumps every time, maybe because i have 4 kidlets in varying ages, i dunno

I wander if they are really good? If so, Huggies will be hating it LOL

Oh Thank God!!!
Pampers are the best for my little man - got back to Oz and brought Huggies and they are so crap in comparison. He got his first ever nappy rash (he's 2 1/2) within 3 days of wearing Huggies. Can't believe the quality difference here.
How exciting! Pampers fan here too!!! Will have to look into it, thanks for the heads up!
Hi ladies,
Because I read this thread when I came across pampers in coles tonight I bought some. DS has one on now. Lets see how they hold up over night. I'm a bit nervous because huggies work so well for DS.
Cross fingers.
Hi,
How have people been finding pampers nappies?
I bought some for our 5 month old daughter and have been using them for 3 days.
They are lovely and soft, thin and comfy to wear but they smell like toilet cleaner and they don't keep her dry. Her skin is wet and her skin has started to break down in her little skin folds and on her anus. Not nice.
I will be giving the rest away.
How have others fared with them?

Hi Jo,
We like them so far, bought Cruisers the other day to try and finding them great.
Very soft, very flexible, work for a night time for us as well, the smell I dislike as I'd rather smell her and know that it is a nappy change time:D
I did not notice any issues with her nappy area
I too ried the Pampers ones because I have English friends here who rave about them and order them online or get rellies to bring them over when they come.
I like the soft feel of them, but...
My son is only in a nappy at night and after just ONE night in a Pampers nappy he now has blisters all over his body where the nappy touched. And they didn't seem to be anywhere near as absorbent as the Huggies.
Not happy (and nor is he). Not sure what is in them, but I wont be recommending them!

i know this is a really old thread but i feel its important to point out that
THE PAMPERS NAPPIES SOLD AT COLES ARE DIFFERENT TO THOSE AVAILABLE AT THE AFOREMENTIONED WEBSITE.

This is why I tried them too. My friends from England were raving about them and how superior they are to Huggies. Well I've tried both now, and Huggies are waaaay better IMO.
The Pampers seemed to get wet really easily and it soaked right through the front of the nappy. Maybe it was a dud box. I got a dud box of Babylove nappies once, and whenever moisture hit them they would explode and the little jelly ball crystal things would go everywhere. I put one on DS and 2 hours later it had exploded and the jelly ball things were all over his legs and tummy.

Pampers have been in coles for awhile up here. I use them on & off.
I haven't had much of a problem with them. They don't tend to hold quite as much fluid but that's ok as my DD is almost at TT age where she seems to be holding a bit longer. Don't think I'd use them for a NB though.
What's the difference?
Coles nappies are made in America

the coles ones are made specifically for coles etc Australia. The pampersnappies dot com dot au import the overseas ones-they also have a better range. Read all about at the site
