Are there any specific folds to use with a prefold? Also would it be better to lie a booster inside the prefold or on top after I have done the fold and then do up the prefold and put a cover on?

That jelly roll looks like it take a little mastering but it would really prevent pooh blow out lol.

I wonder if a bikini twist would work on a boy...
