When i heard this i was shocked how anyone could say anything about someone like this after they had died :( it makes me sad for the family who had to listen to the tape as well.

Any chance of someone giving me a description???Basically a mother of three died in the shared cabin of four guys on a cruise ship. They're accussed of her murder and sexual assault. The guy in question was giving evidence at her hearing and was saying some really derogatory things about her ie her breath smelled, she was a dog, someone should call the RSPCA, etc etc. Really really horrible, especially considering that the evidence was heard by her family who were sitting in the court room. Very very sad indeed.

I feel so sorry for this poor lady.

To the earlier posters who hadn't seen his vile and disgusting comments, here is a link. http://www.news.com.au/story/0,10117,19483161-2,00.html The comments are from an interview he gave to the police only days after Dianne Brimble's death. What sort of person speaks like this? He is lacking in the basic componets that make us human - respect and empathy for each other!

I feel so sad for Mrs Brimble's family having to hear these vile and disgusting comments - but they need to be out there so everyone knows what a piece of rubbish this guy is. I hope he goes to trial and gets locked away for a long time.

That is disgusting. That man is dirt. It would not suprise me one bit if he was the one responsible for her death. Those comments were very degrading and i feel sorry for her family for having to listen to them:gloomy:

I've read that the men involved also went into younger girls' cabins and started to kiss them and told them that they should have sex with them 'later on'. They'd only been on the boat for a few hours and **** like that had started!!! These men are pigs and they deserve nothing:no:

Sounds like a low life scum to me. Seems he was bugging other girls on the ship and was described by two 15 year olds as sleazy. What would you expect someone like this to say?

It's just tragic what happened to the poor lady and what's happening to the family. Makes you wonder what kinda of world we are living in.

I feel devastated for that woman's family - imagen having to listen to that being said about some you loved!!!!

This man truely is dirt. I personally knew Di and she was one of the most kind hearted women I've ever known. She had saved and promised her daughter that holiday for quite a while and for something that was supposed to be such a special time for her and her daughter to end up the way it did is just so heartbreaking. Not even taking into account all these rude and crude comments that are being made about her. Di was a true lady - I never heard her swear, she wasn't permisquous - she truely did not deserve nor do her family deserve to be splashed across the media in the fashion that she is. All of her kids have more strength than you could ever imagine - the bravery to face up to court each and every day having to listen to these 'men'... I wouldn't wish this situation on my worst enemy, no one deserves this.

JRmumma- thats the impression i've got from reading all the articles, she seemed like she was a beautiful person! Im really horrified by what has been said by this pathetic man.

Honestly im ashamed to call that 'man' a fellow human being. He definately isnt any kind of a man. Real men with morals would never do that to a woman let alone speak about it like that. It just makes me think how could he ever become someone like that?

Its down right discusting and im just hoping his family see him for the scum he is... i cant even call him a pig cos that really is an insult to our pink friends.
