DD waking over night sccreaming!!

Ok so need some help please.

My DD who is 20 mths over the last few nights has been waking a LOT more often then usual, to the point where i am taking her to sleep with me, which usually would see us all a good nights sleep
BUT
The last 2 nights she has woke screaming and howling so much so its takes a while to resettle her and me anddh swap her between the 2 of us as she calls for the other parent.

Saturday night she had a temp, but gave her panadol and seemed to keep it down, but she still kept waking.
Sun night she had o temp but was pulling her hair and ears. also gave her panadol but made no difference.

She was not doing this before. She use to wake a little but was easily resettled and only happened maybe twice a night.

I think it could be her molars, or an ear infection BUT she is fine during the day! Not a problem????

So im not sure, but if it continues i will take her to the doc this week.

My 2 year old has done this occasionally. I have been told that she is having bad dreams and they frighten her. I soothe her, give her a cuddle and tell her that all the bad things have gone away and she then can settle back to sleep.

My 2 yr old has been waking up at least 4 times i night for the past two weeks and i am sure it is night mares. I just lay in bed with him until he has settled down. He then usually puts himself back to sleep.

Anyhow Coralie slept much better last night, didnt come to our bed till 130am and only woke about 3 times screaming but settled straight away!!
Xavier then came in about 6am, so there were 4 in the bed!! Not very much room!! LOL
