family day care - how to get started?

hi i am thinking about becoming a family day care mum. what do i need to get started? i have a background in babysitting and have done some childcare work but that was years ago. i have a blue card also. what else do i need and how do i go about setting up our house. what do i need to have? or not have?

Maybe contact your local Family Day Care office and they should be able to give you all the info i reckon.

Also try ringing the YMCA at Acacia Ridge - they organise Family Day Care from there too.
