Allergy help

Hi all,

My nephew is allergic to alot of foods...& my sister has only just found this out....& doesnt know what she can make for him to eat....or she needs some recipe's. Does anyone know any good allergy books for recipes?
He is allergic to : Soy, rice, wheat, nuts....the list goes on.

BTW he is 3yrs old..... so he eats pretty much what they do....but has started having reactions to foods.

I have a few good allergy cook books, but they're packed because we're moving house! :rolleyes: I remember one of them is called Freedom Foods Cookbook - it has lots of recipies in it. There's another one Ive got that I think its called Recipies for Food Intolerances.
If she goes into a good bookstore they should have a few there to choose from.

there is one called the kid friendly allergy cookbook or something like that i ordered ages ago from dymocks and i am still waiting lmao
